Also leaves appear to be very dark. As well as some dark patches appearing underneath some leaves. Can't find any solution online. Is this normal? / Wednesday 21/02/2018 - Fed BioGrow and BioFish @ 05.ml each / Added Fulvic Acid @ 0.1ml, I think I found the reason why some of my leaves are twisting and aren't looking healthy. I found a source stating that it's due to unhealthy roots from overwatering. I also spotted some light mould on the surface of the coco/perlite. Not sure what to do from here on out, maybe get a dehumidifier? Humidity at 57%. / Thursday 22/02/2018 - Transplanted into the fabric pots at 12:10AM. Was impatient 😂 Found the roots sticking out and bunching up in their original pots. Now im hoping they grow faster. Just ran out of coco so need to fetch more for one last plant. Also set up the 400W MH unit and have switched the lighting cycle to 18/6 for week 4. Foliage feed: 1ml BioFish, 100ppm CalMag, 0.1ml Fulvic Acid, 0.1ml Amino Mix, 0.1ml Humix Mix, 1ml Kelp

You’re overfeeding your plants, particularly too much Cal Mag . The Purpling comes from the Mag excess and the weird spots are Cal deficiency, when there is too much Mag the plant can’t absorb the Cal... Take it easy on the Cal Mag, once every 2 weeks is plenty enough in soil. Try to follow a Feed Water Water Water Feed Water W W F ... schedule and everything will go right.

CalMag PPM @ 200. / Friday 02/03/2018 - Started LST today of all plants. One thing I did notice was that the plants under the COBs are much more compact than the ones under the HID unit. The difficulty with LSTing the compact plants was the large leaves not letting much light penetrate the inner section of the plant. Fed as usual but left out kelp for today. / Saturday 03/03/2018 - Still feeding with 0.5L each plant. Fed 5ml/L Kelp today as I missed out yesterday. Plants are damn bushy. Maybe I should trim some leaves off? 0.75ml BioGrow 0.75ml BioFish / Sunday 04/03/2018 - Fed as normal. Removed the choc haze - long story. / Monday 05/03/2018 - Tucked fan leaves to expose inner nodes. Really impatient to start flowering. PH @ 5.5 0.75ml BioGrow 0.75ml BioFish 0.1ml Fulvic 0.5ml Kelp / Tuesday 06/03/2018 - Fed as normal. PH adjusted @ 6 / Wednesday 07/03/2018 - 0.75 BioGrow 0.75 BioFish PH @ 6.2 / Thursday 08/03/2018 - Fed as normal. PH @ 5.9. I spent 2 hours tying the plants down again. They're stretching a hell of a lot under the HID unit. The COB plants are extremely compact. Will be interesting to see what the plants yield under the different units. Ordered another 800W of CREE COBs. Should be able to set that up in week 7. Hopefully it isn't too late.

Friday 16/03/2018 - Fed as normal. CalMag reduced from 200ppm to 150ppm. Upped the feeding to 1.5L per plant. Giving one of the plants a diluted mix of nutes since it's looking a bit strange. PH @ 5.7 / Saturday 17/03/2018 - Fed 1ml BioGrow, 1ml BioFish - Added 0.1ml Fulvic and 1ml Kelp since missed out yesterday. / Sunday 18/03/2018 - Fed as normal. PH @ 6.2. Awaiting an extra 800W of COBs to come in tomorrow. Hopefully 400W will be setup by tomorrow eve and the next 400 on Tuesday. / Monday 19/03/2018 - Fed 1ml BioGrow, 1ml BioFish PH @ 5.7. Finally got all the COBs(800W). Wasn't impressed with the courier delivery speed but at least I got them all in one piece. Managed to hang up 200W tonight. Will try get 400W up tomorrow. / Tuesday 20/03/2018 - Fed as normal. PH @ 6. Managed to hang another 200W up. / Wednesday 21/03/2018 - Fed 1ml BioGrow, 1ml BioFish PH @ 6. Got all the COBs up, however I need to buy more adaptors tomorrow to distribute the electricity evenly throughout the wall sockets. I caused a short tonight without thinking 😫 I managed to fix it up and have 1000W running overnight. Hopefully tomorrow I'll have 1600W running smoothly. I must add that the HID unit is really irritating me by just existing in the tent. It doesn't look like its in place. The frames aren't setup in the neatest way possible, but I'll be re-building the frames before my next grow. It'll end up looking a lot better. / Thursday 22/03/2018 - Fed as normal. PH @ 6.1.

CalMag 150ppm Friday 23/03/2018 - Fed 1.25ml BioGrow, 1.25ml BioFish. PH @ 6. One of my plants are experiencing some issues. Uploaded pics of the leaves. Leaves appear rusty. Magnesium deficiency maybe? Fed with 1tbsp Epsom salts. / Saturday 24/03/2018 - Raised lights to 50cm from 30cm. Temps gone up to 31 with the added lights. / Sunday 25/03/2018 - Fed 1.25ml BioGrow, 1.25ml BioFish. PH @ 5.9. Connected the intake from exhaust fan to ducting leading outside. So have fresh air being drawn directly into the tent. Although the air flow is a bit slower than usual. Temps have gone down to 27 by opening flaps of tent. The ladies are extremely thirsty even with 2L a day each! The pots are light by the next feeding, so I think I'll have to up the watering to 2.5-3L a day. / Monday 26/03/2018 - Fed as normal but splitting dosage and feeding twice every 12 hours since they're getting very thirsty. PH @ 6. / Tuesday 27/03/2018 - Fed 1.25ml BioGrow, 1.25ml BioFish. PH @ 6. Installed Scrog. / Wednesday 28/03/2018 - Fed as normal. PH @ 5.8. / Thursday 29/03/2018 - Fed 1.25ml BioGrow, 1.25ml BioFish. Feeding once a day again with full dosage, no longer half. PH @ 6.2. Did some lollipopping today. Took me around 3-4 hours. Trying to crawl under the net and all was a mission. There must be an easier way for the next grow. Everything is done though and will be switching to flower in a day or two.

Have one plant where leaves have rusty spots and turning yellow. Uploaded 3 pics labelled: "Friday - Mag deficient?". What's strange is that none of other plants have this problem and I've been feeding them all exactly the same thing, in the same quantities. Is it Mag deficient?

Guys , its lockout , the difference between lockout and deficiencies is that adding more nutrients does not help lockout , it makes it worse .

This grow is in the cellar. Tent flaps open to avoid heat increase. Lights on 9pm-9am. Sometimes I dont wake up in time to close tent. There is a bit of light that reaches into the cellar, equivalent to a full moon in brightness. Would this light be an issue to the plants?

This may disturb their cycle and generate stress / slow flowering. The ideal situation would be a constant airflow in/out without sunlight penetration. Good luck with these chocolatey beauties, the finish line is near!

Friday 11/05/2018 - Fed 0.75ml/L BioGrow, 3ml/L BioBloom. PH @ 6.2. I'm really sad to say that I was inspecting the colas for signs of more bud rot, and I found yet another infected bud on the same plant where it was found the other day 😞 I'm quite upset about it as I don't know if most of my buds already have the bud rot. I didn't have the funds for a dehumidifier at the time, so once my father left for Romania on business, I went to his place and "borrowed" his dehumidifier he uses to dry his clothes 😅 Within 9 hours, the machine had extracted 5L of water from the air. Humidity at lights off is 85-90%. I know I know, it's bad. I really hope the next 2 weeks go smoothly. I expect to harvest my first plant by then. Fingers crossed 😰 / Saturday 12/05/2018 - Fed as normal. PH @ 6.3. / Sunday 13/05/2018 - Fed 0.75ml/L BioGrow, 3ml/L BioBloom. PH @ 6.2. Finally got the continuous drainage system set up for the dehumidifier.😃 Im so glad as I had to empty the 4L tank every 6 hours or so and it would shut off as soon as the tank was full. So I can finally leave the dehumidifier on 24/7 without worrying about it shutting down. I really hope it isn't too late 😥 / Monday 14/05/2018 - Fed as normal. PH @ 6.1. / Tuesday 15/05/2018 - Fed 0.75ml/L BioGrow, 3ml/L BioBloom. Forgot to PH 😢 Had to cut another bit of bud off due to mould 😰 / Wednesday 16/05/2018 - Fed as normal. PH @ 6.1. / Thursday 17/05/2018 - Fed 0.75ml/L BioGrow, 3ml/L BioBloom. PH @ 6.2.

Any way to prevent bud rot apart from dropping RH? 6 weeks into flower and RH lights off has been 80-90% for 12h every day. Is there a possibility that my whole crop has already been infected? Got a dehumidifier, but I'm worried that i'm too late. Thoughts?😰

Even if you have high humidity, that doesn't mean you have bud rot; remember that it is a type of fungus and if your plants have not come in contact with the spores, then there's no infection. My lights off period when on 12/12 usually have high humidity like yours, but haven't had bud rot so far. There's quite a few things that you can do, prevention wise: 1- Increase air circulation. 2-Defoliate: prevent those bunch of leaves one on top of each other, besides with less foliage: less transpiration, so less humidity. 3- water less: humidity rises because plant transpire most of the water they drink, so if you restrict the water, the humidity will lower.

Friday 18/05/2018 - Fed as normal. PH @ 6.2. / Saturday 19/05/2018 - Fed 1ml/L Kelp, 2ml/L enzymes, 2ml/L phytagrow due to running out of biobloom. Will have to buy some on Monday. PH @ 6.1. / Sunday 20/05/2018 - Fed as normal replacing BioBloom with phytagrow. PH @ 6. Found some more bud rot on two colas, same plant I found the other bud rot on. Hopefully they finish up quickly. / Monday 21/05/2018 - Fed 0.75ml/L BioGrow, 3ml/L BioBloom. / Tuesday 22/05/2018 - Fed as normal. / Wednesday 23/05/2018 - Fed 0.75ml/L BioGrow, 3ml/L BioBloom. The Domina in the top right that initially got most of the root rot is finally ready for harvest. I flushed it with 1tbsp/5L molasses, 2ml/L enzymes. Cut the netting from it and will harvest tomorrow😁 / Thursday 24/05/2018 - Fed as normal. Finally chopped down some of the bud on the Top Right Domina and trimmed it. Was exciting!

Calmag @ 100ppm / Friday 25/05/2018 - Fed 0.75ml/L BioGrow, 3ml/L BioBloom. / Saturday /05/2018 - Fed as normal. / Sunday /05/2018 - Fed 0.75ml/L BioGrow, 3ml/L BioBloom. Flushed the one OG Kush plant in the back far left before harvesting the top colas. I think I'm getting used to telling the difference between the cloudy and clear trichs. I've been so broke these past few months that I couldn't even afford the chicken I usually have to eat every day 😂 Instead of buying me food, I had to buy my plants food. 😝 Thankfully the returns are slowly paying off. Thank goodness. 😀 / Monday /05/2018 - Fed as normal. Harvested the OG Kush in back, second from the right. / Tuesday /05/2018 - Fed 0.75ml/L BioGrow, 3ml/L BioBloom. Harvested the OG Kush in the back, third from the right, and the one in front on the far right. A lot of work to be done 😝 / Wednesday /05/2018 - / Thursday /05/2018 -

This was only my first grow, however I am very glad that I had not encountered any major issues like other first time growers. This grow went really smoothly and I love how dense the buds are with this strain. They grew into monsters 😱 They also got very frosty, which was extremely satisfying 👌😍
