Growing in 3 gallon fabric grow pots filled with 60% Fox Farms Ocean Forest soil, 30% Perlite, and 10% Worm Castings. For waterings, added 1/2 teaspoon of SuperThrive to 3 gallons water aerated/bubbled for 24-48 hours. No other nutrients will be added until week 3.
PINEAPPLE EXPRESS
Pineapple Express is a perfect combination of sensations and flavors. The smell is likened to fresh apple and mango, with a taste of pineapple, pine, and cedar. Tasty and exemplary overall, this is without a doubt one of the best autoflowering strains. This hard-hitting sativa-dominant hybrid provides a long-lasting energetic buzz perfect for productive afternoons and creative escapes.

Day 12 of organic grow and all is well. Seemed to have dialed in the conditions and able to keep good air movement, CO2 levels, and consistent temperatures/humidity with the ThruWall Closet Fan (Model TW108 ), and the Holmes Twin Exhaust/Intake Fan (Model HAWF-2041). Humidity is maintained with a Lovoit 6L Ultrasonic Programmable Cool Mist Humidifier (Model# LV600HH). Added a SCROG screen (just a cargo net) and bought the Sample Pack of organic nutrients from Nectar for the Gods (just pay shipping and they will send you the sample nutrients - check out the website). People say their line of nutrients make the buds smell and taste like no other! I have always been an organic Earth Juice nutrient guy, so I am going to experiment with combining the two.
Lights are on 24/0 and she has tight internodal spacing with good vertical growth. Room that closet is in is beginning to smell skunky at times, and like diesel at other times. Will begin light organic nutrients with next watering. If you made it this far, please check out my other autoflower grows.
Day 13 - Watered today with very low strength nutrients added. - Zannabis7
Day 20 – The Pineapple Express Autoflower grow continues to thrive in the current closet grow setup. She has more than doubled in height since the beginning of week 2. Have not added any nutrients other than Recharge (living soil microbe), Cal/Mag, and SuperThrive. Have been watering approximately every 3-4 days.
The Pineapple Express has started to flower (see photo) with some white hairs on the top and some white hairs beginning to fill in other buds sites along the main stem. Side shoots are becoming abundant and will begin some leaf tucking in the coming week to expose these side shoots to more light, create more fully developed bud sites, and to promote a more even canopy. - Zannabis7
Day 21 - Set up an automatic watering/feeding system so that plants can be easily watered with SCROG net in place. This will also water/feed plants while traveling or away for longer durations. The watering system can be found on Amazon - STOH Micro Automatic Drip Irrigation Kit/Self Watering System with 30-Day Timer. Link follows:

Day 22 – Fed with Nectar for the Gods nutrients, Recharge (soil microbes), and SuperThrive. Aerated the mix with aquarium air pump (two stones) for approximately 15 minutes prior to feed.
Day 23–Looking healthy enough to begin some defoliation and leaf tucking. Defoliation to remove some of the fan leaves to allow for some air movement/circulation as plant had such tight internodal spacing. Leaf tucking to assist with side flower exposure. Will start bending the main stem under the SCROG net in the coming days.
Day 26 - Fed with the same Nectar of the Gods based regimen but increased the Herculean Harvest. Added Bloom Khaos and a 1/2 teaspoon Recharge. Continued with some leaf tucking to expose flower sites. She's really starting to produce flower sites. - Zannabis7
Day 28 – The Pineapple Express continues to thrive and is beginning to exhibit some nice flower/bud growth with lots of nice pistol development and the beginnings of some "frost" (see photos). She is pushing out lots of side branches and flower sites. Have continued with some minor leaf tucking and have been directing the side branches into different squares of the SCROG net in an attempt to create a fairly even canopy. Added a G8LED 90 Watt Red Flower Booster UFO light to the closet to assist with the flowering stage. Lowered the 300 Watt Bloomspect LEDs and angled them slightly to mix with the two UFO (red) flowering LEDs.
Continuing to feed the Nectar of the Gods nutrients mixed with Recharge (soil microbes) and aerated with aquarium air pump (two stones) for approximately 15 minutes prior to feed. She is starting to drink more and have been watering/feeding approximately every 3 days. – Zannabis7
Day 29 - Fed Nectar of the Gods nutrients mixed with Recharge (soil microbes) and aerated with aquarium air pump (two stones) for approximately 15 minutes prior to feed. - Zannabis7
Day 31 - Starting to drink more. Light feeding of straight Recharge today. - Zannabis7
Day 33 - Fed Nectar for the Gods regimen with increased Herculean Harvest dosage. The plants are loving the organic CALCIUM based nutrients. Will update to week 6 tomorrow (02/04/2017) - Zannabis7
Day 35 – The Pineapple Express is stacking on some dense bud formations with increased frost. Some of the pistol hairs are beginning to turn orange. She is maturing fast. She gained about 2” in height this week, but vertical growth is slowing.
Continuing to feed the Nectar for the Gods nutrients and have added Triton’s Trawl (liquid fishbone meal that is rich in calcium from fish cartilage and is designed to deliver flavor, aroma and color to the finished product) and Aphrodite’s Extraction (a rich blend of sucrose, fructose, chelated nutrients, and organic acids necessary for enzymatic activity, and a complete balance of vitamins A, C, D, E, B1, B6 and B12, which are essential to a plants’ biological growth processes). These two additions are known to increases oil, resin, frost, and terpene production in flower. Continuing to add Recharge as a soil amendment to establish colonies of beneficial fungal and bacterial microbes.
Temperatures are consistently between 74° - 78° and humidity between 30% - 45%. Soil pH is 6.5 and PPMs at 321 which is perfect for the Nectar for the Gods nutrient line.
Added a homemade Co2 generator to boost carbon dioxide levels and to improve overall plant growth and health. – Zannabis7
Day 36 - Fed the Nectar of the Gods nutrients as indicated above and in photo. Added Recharge to the nutrient mix for microbes and to aid in the breakdown and uptake of nutrients. - Zannabis7
Day 39 - Fed the Nectar of the Gods nutrients as indicated above and in photo. Again added Recharge to the nutrient mix for microbes and to aid in the breakdown and uptake of nutrients. Also did some very light defoliation and more leaf tucking to expose flower sites - Zannabis7
Day 42 – The Pineapple Express hasn’t gained any vertical growth in the past week and continues to stack on some thick and dense flowers. She's a one foot tall dynamo! The main cola is a good 2 inches in diameter (see photo). The trichomes are thick and gooey and she smells super sweet - like a freshly cut pineapple! Many of the pistol hairs are beginning to turn orange and she continues to mature fast. I have started to flush her with Nectar for the Gods CALCIUM (Herculean Harvest, Aphrodite’s Extraction, Triton’s Trawl and some Recharge). This is the “secret” Nectar method for dense flowers, increased oils/terpenes, killer jar appeal, and tasty smoke. She should be finishing around day 50 – 60, which is a tad earlier than FastBuds indicates (must be the phenotype and the 24/0 light schedule). Trichomes are currently at approximately 70% clear, 20% cloudy, and 10% amber.
Hoping to get a nice video put together for the FastBuds Mega Haul Video Contest. Kind of glad she made it in time as I doubt my other grows will finish in time. Hopefully I can find the time to conceptualize and edit a worthy video!
Temperatures are consistently between 74° - 78° and humidity between 30% - 40%. Soil pH is 6.5 and PPMs at 347 which is perfect for the Nectar for the Gods nutrient line. – Zannabis7
Day 46 - Flushed a second time with Herculean Harvest, Aphrodite’s Extraction, Triton’s Trawl and some Recharge (the Nectar for the Gods flush that induces a strong finish, great jar appeal, and tasty smoke! - Zannabis 7
The grow went really well with no issues whatsoever in terms of pH, PPMs, or lockouts. She started flowering in early week three (quite early) and as a result she didn't stretch much. The flowers were thick and dense with the main cola being approximately 3-4 inches in diameter. She was harvested at day 55 with 85% of the trichomes milky, 10% amber and 5% clear. She looks green at harvest because she was not flushed with straight water, but rather ripened with the suggested Nectar for the Gods methodology.
In terms of smoke, the first smoke session was through a nice Davinci IQ vaporizer. Taste was very pleasing with some nice fruity/tropical tasting terpenes and an aftertaste that was earthy, flowery, and citrusy. The high was very, very euphoric, with a nice even head and body high with increased auditory senses.
Very nice grow and harvest. FastBuds certainly lived up to its name as she finished in 55 days. Unbelievably dense and fat colas that had packed on the weight due to the Nectar for the Gods nutrients. 0
Hope you good bro, everything looks great with ur garden bro except some leaves are droping off. is the reason need watering or is there any issue with them??
@Zannabis7, i used before this Biobizz nuts. but i cant really compare with Advanced Nutrients. im very happy about the results with AN and thinking to use this nutrients line with my future grow.
@@frags, I know quite a few growers using the BioBizz line of nutrients. They are supposedly all organic, but i don't think they are CALCIUM based like Nectar (which makes them unique). So not to SALT based nutrients! ha ha ha 😎
@Zannabis7,yes bro i did some search i really need to produce better flowers with biggest buds. i tried to get this nectar of gods samples by your link. But unfortunatelly they answered negative about send the items to where im based.
@Zannabis7, just odd that the pistols didn’t darken more first (strain perhaps). But that’s why we use magnifiers !!! I also harvest with cloudy Trichs for less couch lock.
@Tazard, Thank you. I harvested when the trichomes said ready. I would approximate that the trichomes were 85% cloudy, 10% amber and 5% clear. I tend to like a more energetic high. Best wishes...
She is beautiful and getting close! Great work here and good luck on the @Fast_Buds Mega Haul Contest!! (There is a lot of good competition in that one already!!)
@Zannabis7, They might let you go with Wet weight, but I feel as though the point is to showcase your "Mega Haul" and that's always measured in dry weight. Who knows though... Worth a shot! 😉
I see what you mean properly by the size now man, she still looks great though, they all do man and they all look nice and healthy! Good set up you have going man. With the act of net mate do you just have to raise it now and again and the plant grows into it or is it a bit more fiddly then that?
@ganjaman94, Thanks for the kind words. I really only use the net in the beginning in an attempt to bend the main stem one time only to allow the side branches a chance to catch up. After that, the net serves to help relocate side branches to the various squares in order to produce a more even canopy. The goal is to try to have a side branch in each square! Not much different than typical low stress training - pretty much the same. The net does not get moved and is generally placed at around 8" high for autoflowers. Hope this helps. If not, feel free to ask for more clarification.
@Zannabis7, I understand mate, thank you! In terms of the stress that it brings to the plant, would you say there is much difference between what you have done here and basic low stress training? I am aware that in can be more beneficial for yield ect.. Just not sure how much this method stresses them in comparison and how challenging it can be! Am interested in trying something different on my next run in terms of training that's sll so I am am being drawn to this method. looks like your doing a killer job man👌.. Excited to see how it finishes for you!
@ganjaman94, Thanks again for the kind words. The net was used earlier on in an attempt to bend the main stem and allow some side branching to catch up in order to produce a more even canopy. Now it serve as support to side branches and I also direct side branches to different squares in the net to spread out the canopy evenly.
@Fergie, Thanks for the great information. I didn't know about the different phenos. So your saying I likely have the more "yellow looking" pheno and you the "greener, white crystal" pheno? Mine certainly has a VERY strong Pineapple scent!
@Zannabis7,yeah smell is amazing mate 😀 I meant there are a few different pheno on this girl some go very yellow looking reassemble a pineapple more where second pheno I have is alot greener and more white crystals 😀you can see slight difference on my two girls 😉 but the smells are a mile apart
Looking good! It's stacking up nicely, same age as mine and you have much denser buds already. Mine is quite a bit taller, but just starting to show signs of budding.
@BigDaddyK, Thank you for the advise. Because I am running such a high PAR, if I lower them I will get some leaf burn. As they mature and become accustom to the light, I will experiment with different light distances. For now, they seem to be responding well to the light distance. Thanks again for looking out...
@@Tryhard, Thanks buddy! She's on the fast track for sure. Not gaining much vertically, but she is stacking up nicely and put on some killer looking flowers! Thanks for looking in!
@J_MAN, Thank you for the kind words and for following along. Much appreciated! She's been a joy to grow thus far. Started flowering so early - she must know the stash is getting low! 😎
Very impressive for 35 days! I love your CO2 generator, and am glad to see someone recognize the importance of vitamins and calcium in their grow. I'm looking forward to seeing how that pineapple express forms with great looking buds already on her. Great wow!
Congrats! @Zannabis7, it was really really fast juicy and instructive growth😊 ill be looking forward your next grow session but i guess it will happen 1 year later again 😪 Goodl uck sir
@Zannabis7,yeah it was really cool sir. i really enjoyed video especially dat carton drying box. video has oppening-development-conclusion i mean not just a harvest video. some serious labor! my respects🙌
