Day 28 – The Northern Lights continues to stretch and is beginning to flower. I am discovering that she is more sensitive to the nutrients than the other strains in this grow. I have backed off on the nutrients for awhile as I have noticed some slight tip burn and the beginning of some minor leaf clawing. Will likely flush at next watering. Have continued with some minor leaf tucking and have been directing the side branches into different squares of the SCROG net in an attempt to create a fairly even canopy. Added a G8LED 90 Watt Red Flower Booster UFO light to the closet to assist with the flowering stage. Lowered the 300 Watt Bloomspect LEDs and angled them slightly to mix with the two UFO (red) flowering LEDs.
Continuing to feed the Nectar of the Gods nutrients mixed with Recharge (soil microbes) and aerated with aquarium air pump (two stones) for approximately 15 minutes prior to feed. She is starting to drink more and have been watering/feeding approximately every 3 days. – Zannabis7
Day 29 - Fed Nectar of the Gods nutrients mixed with Recharge (soil microbes) and aerated with aquarium air pump (two stones) for approximately 15 minutes prior to feed. - Zannabis7
Day 31 - Starting to drink more. Light feeding of straight Recharge today. - Zannabis7
Day 33 - Did a Nectar for the Gods flush with 6 tsp Herculean Harvest added to one gallon of water pH'ed at 6.2. The plants are loving the organic CALCIUM based nutrients. Will update to week 6 tomorrow (02/04/2017) - Zannabis7
@biggreens420 is right, you did a great job this week. Have you seen RQS Instagram page? They’ve published one of these photos.... and that means you have really nice plants!!!
@TOTEM, Really? One of the photo's from my grow or my garden? Could you provide a link please? BTW - thank you for the kind words on my grow this week. Much appreciated.
Hell and welcome my friend can u not pin the side to the wall to stretch the net out a bit more are u topping any or just letting them grow natural iv grown this strain in scrogg also only have last few week on here it was my first grow it's a beast plant
@biggreens420, I will not be topping the plants. Just bending under the SCROG net. It will be interesting to see how it goes. First SCROG with autoflowers.
@biggreens420, Thanks for the comment and yes, I suppose I could pin the side of net to the wall, I will certainly give this consideration. I will check out your grow and would continue to welcome any suggestions you might provide throughout the grow. Please check out my other grow diaries as I have 6 different strains running. - Zannabis7
@Jaindoh, Yes, this is just a metered pump. You can program it to water hourly, daily, every two days, three days, etc. I do use plastic saucers under my planters for runoff. Anyway, you can read more about it at Amazon. Here is the link:

@Zannabis7, yeah even just the name of the kit or model number or whatever... even just the thing you have clamped to the bucket -- is that just a metered pump? or a thing that turns a separate pump on and off?
I'd love to get 36-40 gallons of coco coir's daily watering down to nearly or fully automatic. I thought it would cost quite a bit more and involve some type of res that would have a chance of like pumping its entire contents out over my floor or something if something breaks... this looks workable however. i guess a plastic tray for the bottom of my tents would be in order.
@Bloodmilkandsky, Thanks for the kind words and for looking in. I appreciate it. The closet is slowly emptying as I have harvested two now. Bet wishes...
@MissSolasolita, Thanks for looking in and I hope your girls become nice strong women in the end. I appreciate you continuing to look in and thanks for the best wishes.
@Kali_DC, Thanks for the kind words. It has taken me quite awhile to perfect the closet grow, but it seems I have it dialed in fairly well now (knock on wood 😊). Best wishes on your grow. If you ever need any advise, don't hesitate to ask.
