This was one tough cookie to germinate took about 10 days for the tap root to appear. Luckily I wasn't giving up on it, primarily because I know that the breeder has top quality seeds 😊
In the end patience paid off and after 10 days waiting we had a tap root.
Planted in a 10L airpot to avoid transplant shock later. Growing in a custom soil mix that was researched from the internet. Will be following a modified BioBizz feeding schedule.
Three days later the little lady decided to pop its head and it's a sight to behold 😃😍
Really excited for my first purple strain.
So far so good. Changed the feeding this week to include Bio Grow and Alg-A-Mic. Still at 20hrs of lighting.
Been spraying the plant with a 1 ml/l Alg-A-Mic solution as Foliar.
Day12 - started to see signs of CalMag deficiency based on my research. I added a ml of CalMag per liter and fed.
Day-13/14 don't see much worsening of the condition but I'm scared that I may have stunted growth 🤦♂️🏼
I think I'll ask the experts to help 🤗
My plant seems to have developed some kind of deficiency/excess. I researched and think that it's CalMag deficiency, added CalMag to my nutes (1ml/l). Just wanted to check in with the experts here to get a second opinion. The growth seems slow I'm afraid I may have stunted her 🤦
Hello.. Hope you are well.. Just checking thru ur dairy i noticed ur daytime temp and solution is a bit warm tbh.. Try dropping if possible.. Fans on lights and reflective covers on plants base res/pot.. The single leaf on bottom looks as tho its just wer she was resting on soil n got water burnt.. Just snip them off .. Other than that she lookin nice n u can see new growth on her so just b patient.. Stay safe n gud luck.. 👍🍀
Into week three. Other than the slight discoloration it looks like she's doing okay. We are using Acti-Vera and Alg-A-Mic as a Foliar spray. Hoping for steady growth this week so we can try LST.
Started doing LST at day 17, she seems to be enjoying it. Don't know if I'm doing it right as the plant is still too low. Would love some feedback. 🙏
Did some more LST and defoliation to get more light to future colas. So far so good. Wonder if she'd go in flower soon 🤞
She went into flowering this week. Did some LST and selective defoliation. Nothing major to report.
Feeding once every three days and waiting until the soil is fully dry before giving more water/nutes.
Day 28 (5/28) Did another watering with the same mute formula as above. Just added another 0.5 ml/l of CalMag.
Did some LST. So far so good. Tomorrow she starts in week 5 🤗
Started week 5. She seems to be doing well and is responding nicely to the LST. The growth has been slow compared to her tent mates but it's okay as long as she remains healthy.
** Feeding two for the week with CalMag for additional support. Changed to 600ml of nute cocktail per 3 days.
Started week seven. It's going well. She's been busy developing her bud sites. Feeding about 800 ml per 3 days using the above nute formula.
Day 46 - we see purple and it's spectacular!🙏 Can't complain!
Started the week with a feeding using the nute formula above. Also introduced 330ml of blackstrap molasses. Hope the buds fatten up further. Also, the purple is starting to show more 😍😀
Final flush done and waiting to chop around day 67. Fingers crossed, she's growing strong.
