So it kinda looks like you are growing in coco coir. If that is true you should be watering the plant frequently and fully saturating the pot until quite a bit of water comes out the bottom of the pot. I water daily and make sure to get at least 20% of my total watering volume as runoff. I see quite a few dry spots so you may not be watering enough or frequently enough and your plant is thirsty. Coco holds lots of air so it is quite hard to over water. Ive watered 3x daily in coco to full satuation and never had issues. If its another soiless media like peat moss then you could possibly be overwatering the plant as peat holds a ton of water for a long time. With peat you wanna wait until the pot is pretty light when you pick it up to water it. When you do water, fully saturate the peat and get 20% runoff like i said to do with coco. Doing that should orevent over/underwatering. Hope my answer helps you out! Feel free to dm me any time. Good luck with your grow!
