Good Growth this week. Had to make some upgrades to speed growth up. Started off with a 32W 950GPH air pump upgrade, and added a 9 inch custom aerator from Joe's Grow Shop on Ebay. Great product and I highly recommend for anyone doing DWC, link listed below. Its only been a day and a half since the upgrade and growth has accelerated rapidly.
