Made my own soil mix based on clackamas coot soil recipe. And filled two 76L (20gal) smartpots. Mulched with straw added some red wigglers from my wormbin and planted some covercrop. Waiting for the zamnesia-runtz seeds to germinate. I planted the seeds in jiffy's soaked in kelp/silica/aloe vera/fulvic acid.
The runtz ladies are growing steady. I'm having a fungus gnat problem so i introduced some predatory mites and nematodes. Hope that will solve the problem.
The Runtz ladies are growing fast. I had some problem with blumat setup, the soil was way to wet and had a lot of run off. Last week i top dressed with malted barley powder and watered it in with some aloë vera, silica and fulvic acid. I also cut some of the covercrop back. Next week i'm gonna top the plants.
This week i did a little defoliation and used the leafs as mulch. Also placed a trellis net above the canopy. I watered with coconut water. Did a malted barleypowder topdress, watered it in with aloë vera/fulvic acid/silica and a few days after that a neem/kelp/alfalfa tea.
The day after last update i flipped the lights to 11/13 and added 660nm deep red lights. Today i removed the branches that didn't make it to the canopy. I'm drying the leafs and branches so i can use them as mulch.
Plants look healthy and have grown a lot. I watered with coconutwater and a few days later a malted barley powder topdressing and watered it in with silica/aloë vera/fulvic acid.
The humidity is a bit too high so i ordered a dehumidifier.
Plants are happy and so am i. Love the smell of the buds and can't wait to taste it. I like this organic no till style of growing, its easy and my plants look better than ever before.
Last week i was busy at work and i wasn't at home the last few days. So my plants didn't got much attention. This week i cut some fanleaves for vetter light penetration. Think i'm gonna harvest them next week.
