Just got some Lambs breath autos in super excited to grow these i will be actually growing these in a photo period tent with my blue cookies. They are going into flower next week. I will actually be moving them in and out daily. I live on the lake on the 11th floor with no obstruction , crazy sunlight from 6 am to about 3 pm. We will see the results of the rotating indoor and outdoor. Im in Toronto and our weather is still bipolar so i can grow em outside just yet,
Only week 2, so nothing exciting yet but the seedlings obviously are surviving the hardest part lol. I cant wait till these start booming in a week or so. Ive heard they grow fast as hell. Im excited to grow these autos right here. Looking strong. I will be LST right when the first true leaves grow in well to maximize yield as much as possible. Wont be topping it.
week 3 finished up and on to week 4. Lambs breath is doing very well. I LST early to just promote some stem growth which worked. The undergrowth is growing in and i will probably pin it down maybe once and spread the branches from there. Dont want to cause too much stress to the atuo.
Nothing too exciting other then the under growth on 2 of the plants has expolded! I think it will be small and stubby but hoping the stretch faze can space it out. I let 1 plant go natural from the start and i just bent it today to give the undergrowth more shine as early flowering pistills are growing in and we are transitioning into flower right now on all 3 plants hence the Lst. I will just be doing minor bending on all 3 plants just experimenting with this grow Ive got 2 more seeds to capitalize on for my next grow.
They are doing great they are small the most natural one started flowering fast but not many bud sites. the other 2 were lst alot so the have more sites but are a little behind in flowering. doing transition feed for 1 more week.
So were getting into full flower comming out of transition. Ive been vigliatly LST to give as much light to tops as possible with this 12/12. I took the one runt lambs breath and put it outside to finsh and free up space in my tent. Its getting 15 hours of hard sun a day so its better than the tent. Hopefully we get some more stretching and stem hardening as I find these autos are limber.
Budsites are all comming through and still stretching just a tad. They are all at different maturities so I will be harvesting things in diff weeks. the runt should be ready in a week or 2. Only about 3 weeks left of flower. Next time with the autos I will train differently.
They are doing very well. 1 of the lambs breath is a week or 2 behind in flower unless the phenom is really that different as you can see. The other one is just exploding fattening up. The buds are dense and super sticky
This is the last week for 1 of the lambs breath looking nice thick and dense. full of crystal and super danky. This plant def has potential im hoping i can clear an ounce a plant. it keeps getting fatter and fatter. Some trichomes are cloudy some are clear. 60% red hairs. the other plant i believe is a good 2 weeks out from the this one so a total of 3 more weeks for the next lambs breath
So I harvested one of the plants and got a dry weight of 28 grams. It happy considering its life of 12/12 for awhile. The quality is there. It smells fruity. Buds are nice and green covered in crystal. took about 4 days to dry. I will be just doing a final yield when I harvest the last plant in a couple days. Time to cure and it already smells so good.
Day stuff for sure exactly how its described. Wicked taste. It was able to be smoked smoothly just after a 2 week cure. I personally stressed it out by switching light cycles so on my last seed run I will not disturb her. I got an ounce off each plant. Even with all that stress.
It was a good grow cycle. Learned alot as these were my first autos I started them out at 18/6 but they were with photos and i figured i would leave them at 12/12 take what I can get. Then when I harvest then photo I switched back to 18/6 foir last 4 weeks. way to much stress. I have 1 more seed I will maximize on.
I like your balcony... no rippers at that height, lol. I'm just down the highway from you and wish I could grow outdoors, but I would never sleep at night.. This strain was my first grow. Keep those girls bent over and pinned down, This will redirect the growth hormones in the plant from the main cola, and more evenly distribute it amomg the rest of the plant. Also lets light to the lower branches. Good luck, and have a happy harvest!
@ChefSpliff, you should give your autos 18-20 hours of light if possible. I would give them the 12 hours in the tent and move them to the balcony for some additional light each day, if your schedule allows.
@DeaneR, Thank you Thank you. Yah I literally walked in here without my wife looked right out the window and said ill take it!, dont worry she will love it. Yah at first I was a little disappointed because they looked quite small but over the last week they started stretching a bit so I'm hopeful. They are only at 12/12 because they have been in my photo tent. My next run is all autos and I have 2 seeds left so I can learn a bit from these 3 and yours sheeesh, It looks great.
Wow turned out great, I have 7 of those seeds and you're making me wish I germinated those instead lmao maybe I'll start them in December after my current grow. Keep up the dank work💪💪
They are coming along nicely. And once you get them up to 18-20 hours of light you will see a huge change in them and how much water they drink. Keep up the grow work
