Mexican Airlines is no joke! She's one of the most flavorful strains I've grown! A nice combination of fruit and fuel. Seems to be right in the middle between Sativa and Indica to me. I could smoke her anytime of day. The high is a nice combination between energetic and relaxing. I'm up enough to do yard work, but relaxed enough to not care about the little things. I'll be growing more Mexican Airlines in the future! π
I loved growing Mexican Airlines. I bent the crap out of her and she grew tons of bud sites. The largest colas came from the lowest branches. She's Sticky, Stinky and Sweet. Glad she was ready for smoking on 4/20. π
Chopped her down today. The largest cola was from the lowest branch. LST works! π
Gonna let her dry for a week before posting the Harvest report. Should be well over 2oz dried (didn't weigh her wet)
@Fergie, BTW... I did apply for the part-time job at the local dispensary and they want me to come in for an interview next week! π Wish me luck! π
After hanging for 4 days sheβs dried out. Stems snap instead of bend and sheβs very dry to the touch. Cut off the buds and placed them in mason jars with Boveda 62% packs. Hopefully some moisture sweats back out. 1.85 oz as of today. Going to wait until 4/20 to have a taste. Iβll post the harvest report afterwards. π
Gave her a HST bend near the base of the stem and also started staking her down for LST. Will make a FIM cut after another node appears. New pics coming soon.
@ParadiseCrew, I noticed that too. I think it must be based on likes in the diary (here). But itβs the pic currently at the bottom with The Beatles holding buds. And Thanks! π
@@frags, The bottles have watering spikes attached and serve 2 purposes for me. First, for watering. And second they help me with my daily plant rotations. I rotate all plants 90 degrees each day, the bottles help me to keep track of the rotations also, kind of like a rotation compass or sundial. I have been meaning to include some info on my methods, but always seem to forget things when updating the journals. Thanks for asking
