So i love super cropping. It's so damn handy! You're in the 1st week of flowering so it could be done. But do a slow and gentle squeeze, you could try and moisten the stem so it will pinch easier, but slow steady pinching pressure and then test to see how well it bends, then pinch again. Don't try making a right angle but just enough to divert it from the light. Then make sure it has support but also a slight tie down so it won't straighten back out.
If you can manage an lst and pull enough from the light that's probably the "safer" bet...but if theyre too stiff, you might risk snapping it anyways. So a gentle squeeze and bend is my vote.
