Bought clones transferred them into 6x6 rockwool they went through extreme heat and dry conditions for 1 week before I fed them and brought them into the tent environment I am running a 1400 btu ac humidifier with an exhaust hose and a 4 foot t5 with 8 bulbs Keeping the light as far as possible so they can root into those new 6x6 rockwool nice and easy !!
I know eventually I will have to sit my 6x6 on a slab but for now what are the best things I can do For nutes and watering on rockwool? should I keep more on dry side for rooting or water regular? How do my clones root better cold climate or warm?
Hello.. Hope you are well.. Personally i treat my cubes like soil.. I use nutes then use water.. Always keep ph at 5.5-6..i also find they prefer to at room temp.. Not cold to the touch or the underside.. I simply place a towel under my tray to keep the cold off her roots.. I also always water from the bottom n let her suck up the solutions then let gravity drain any excess away.. Only quarter dip them aswell.. They suck n hold alot of water up(10x coco).. Water/feed wenever they feel light as with soil.. Ur girls look nice and healthy so ur definitely doin it right.. Stay safe n gud luck with your gardening activities.. 👍🍀
Theese girls are growing super fast in the new environment On this grow we are going to maintain a sealed room with 2 ac units running 24 hrs one outside to cool the room and one inside to suck cold air in and throw hot air out the 1400 btu inside the tent almost makes the poles bend but the plants love it
In getting ready to flip the switch on theese indica Cali strains up on the nutes and topped them did one foliar spray and spraying neem oil every day one more week switching them to hps 1000 on 60%
I’m about to flip theese I usually do 48 hour dark and flowers pop up 7 days. Any secrete techniques anybody wants to share?! it would help a lot I’m still learning everything about indoor hydro thank you!

Best secret is Liquid kelp/Seaweed (Ascophyllum Nodosum)
When given as foliar (Can be used with watering also but more beneficial as foliar) about 10 days before flipped to flowering, then again the day you flip and then again 10 days after you should see the transformation is shorter and the internodes of the plants are shorter so more budsites and bigger yield.
The secret in this stuff are natural plant hormones and they really work!
You can sart low budget and go with bags. Put a bag of bags near the intake. See and observe how air moves in your tent and put bags hanging accordingly. Near a fan is good too because CO2 is heavier than air, so fan blows it around.
If price is no issue, buy a combo meter that shows trmp, rh and co2 and a bottle fed supply system. CO2 really makes a difference, especially when it is hot.
In the lab, ganja grows best in heavy light, 30 centigrade plus and heavy CO2 feed.
I had put my light on full power and my plants had gotten their nutes up so they got upset and you can tell on the foliage it was way to hot I summed it down a little and I hope the come back!!

Went a little to high on ppm theese past weeks and my ph meter fell in my solution tank and got decalibrated my ph was way too low on a lot of feeding I hope I can get it fixed I have about 30 more days left of flowering

You've definitely still got time to make some corrections. If you were able to get the ph meter back on track go through and run some plain ph'd water and wash some of the excess out and then bring in a low nutrient level just to add a small bit of nitrogen back in and get the pk back into a level amount. Maybe try running the ppm a little on the low side for a week, bring most of the nutrients down .3 -.5 except for the flora nova.👍
I doubled the scrog for support on the skywalkers and 24k the venoms are doing ok on the first trellis they are short and stout little fellows we are almost done
Hello friends of growdiaries I would like to know if I could harvest soon and which strain should I harvest first I still need 16 days till day 60 I’ve read that on hydro indoor with hps you can harvest a little early on some strains for max thc levels at 85 percent red pistils
i would go in this order, the 24k like in a week to two, the skywalker og 2 more weeks, and the venom og you could pull another week on her, these are mostly 56 days of flower, day 60 would be very nice. or you could chop them all down in a week and a half. they are ready when you are
It’s better to harvest the plant when the soil is dry, if you know per example the soil dry in 3 days you put the last water in day 5-6 and harvest on day 8, but you after that can put them 2 days in a dark room
