You got a sweettooth? Seriously. Never before have I had such a sweet tasting strain. Its feels even sticky on the roof of your throat (not unpleasant) and everytime you inhale through your nose you keep tasting it.
If I had not cooked the roots (was on holiday) this would have probably been a big girl again.
For all she went through she did fine and I recommend it if you are looking for a possible high yielding sweet strain.
I will be growing it again though. However it will be a hybrid because I got 3 seeds from it.
I still can't really compare these. I have, however, tried some dry nutes and these were quite good however this gives more control.
The schemes they have on their site are also very helpful. I dont find the Canna products to be agressive on the plants nor have I noticed large salt build ups. So I believe it is quite a forgiving brand.
In conclusion I think these are very suited for someone starting out and having as a general go to nute.
Very agressive booster which has a real visible result. Fattens up the flowers, more smells, more taste. HOWEVER. 1ml/l is still something that will burn the tips of your plants. So, use with caution. I have always given the 1ml/l on all my grows this year and just took the burned tips as collatoral.
Start:
- germination went perfect
- veg state went perfect
veg/flower:
- transition went perfect
- some aphid wars going on but cleaned that up
Flower:
- aaaand I fucked up. Went on a holiday got nitrogen deficiency without knowing and cooked the roots because the sun turned its dial to 11 in my absence.
- Starting to question if smart pots are the answer for a semi outdoor grow. (already working on a solution)
harvest:
- some mold but really little so that was a bit of luck
- airy buds
vape:
- not smooth
- herby flavor
- decent high.
I wouldn't offer it to guests but for me its fine.
The sun has been unrelentless and i think it caused some heatstress because pistils were starting to form again. A bit over a week later i can clearly see more bud forming. Sun has calmed down but weather is getting bad. What do? Chop or leave a bit more? Leaning to chop.
Hi,
Bring your light up, check your temperature and continue with your harvest schedule. This can happen if your plants are too close to the light and heat problems. Foxtailing
Try to fix this problems so there isnt further damage.
Happy harvest!!
This is why the common recommendation is too observe trichomes. If she show deficiencies like she appears to be.. I would chopping sooner rather then later.. Starving plants and allowing them to process all available resources can lend itself to product that doesn't finish nicely or well at all. You will get very different information from different growers Like some folks aim for Amber that is 30% because it provides for a cough/couch lock experience... This will not fly very well in my area.. People prefer and know product should be and can be smooth.. Some people associate the coughing and the heavy feeling with "good" weed.. Experienced smokers/connoisseurs know the difference. Find your own preference..
