they are looking good. almost ready for some nutes and lst. they will also be going outside shortly as well. they are expected to be done by the last week of july to the first week of august.
Changed the light to the VIPARSPECTRA v1200. gonna set up an additional grow in the 1ft x 4ft section i have. it was made for seeding and cloning but it is big enough to grow 2 plants in it i think. i will make a seperate diary for that so stay tuned!!!💪
moved the girls outdoors, and they seem to love it. they tripled in height. looking good. i also tied them down a little better. hoping to get more roots.
so i never got to see my plants in a few days and they sky rocketed toward the sun, so i had to tie them down. good thing this strain takes about 7 or 8 weeks to flower. as you can see from the pics the stalks are very curvy. i am excited to see how the plants will look like when they grow lol. they are gonna look weird, thats for sure lol
July 2nd : they are filling out nicely since the lst. i think i have enough stalks for them to provide me with some quality yeild.
Looks like the bear got to a couple of these girls. one of the buckets have some teeth marks in it and a crease. it looks like the bear tried to chew threw a bucket. they look a little stressed from the whole situation but i think they will pull threw just fine. one of the plants got super cropped waay down low on thew stalk, i just tied the stalk up lol hopefully it stays up. this is week 7 and it still never flowered yet. This has to be the slowest flowering autoflower strain i ever seen. but i would still grow it again next time i would be more prepared for the long veg time. maybe next year i might top this strain and compare the 2 years
they bounced back really well from the bear attack. they are growing tall, even tho the stalks are curved from my lst. pretty neat looking plants. i think i am going to grow these again next year but plant them right into the ground. i know that these girls grow very very tall if you let them so next year im gonna go for 1 pound per plant. these were suppose to be done by the first week of august but now i think they wont be done till the end of September to mid October
the girls are growing and looking nice. no more bears since 'the incident'! it kinda looks like she might be starting to flower ( finally lol) this is week 9, the longest veg i ever had out of a auto flower. but the stalks are nice and thick so they can handle big buds. hopefully big buds grow. i have no idea how many weeks are left on this, hopefully i get another 8 weeks out of her. then i would def have big buds. this "autoflower" Canuk seeds is selling seems more like a photo to me so i should get quite a good yield. I dont mind that this is a photo but i would of liked to know that when i bought it.
Week 10 and still vegging. what a Auto! lol i keep joking about that, but its really not a bad thing if your prepared for it. i know this will give me a super large yield, so im ok with it. This week was a heat wave, and i never got out to the girls in time so they got thirsty and starting to wilt. i fed them some nutes and gave them all an extra shot of water. about a gallon extra each. They are prolly already bounced back by now. it was about an hour since i fed them.
they bounced back really well from the neglect. its too hot this time of year not to water them every 2 to 3 days. these girls are drinking 1 to 2 gal each easily and hopefully they dont stunt from this. its been quite the learning experience tho i must say. excited to keep on learning.
Finally!!!!!! She started to flower now. after a long 11 week veg state it finally started to bloom. This is def gonna be a good yeilder. i have some spots on the leaf that look yellow from a distance but up close those little spots are transpearnt. any ideas on what causes that? the plants are all about 4 or 5 feet tall now.
plants are looking better, i stopped the veg food altogether for them. now its time to grow some buds. After such a long veg cycle they should be able to create huge buds.
They are growing strong. the winds getrting strong the keeps knocking the buckets over, i may have to tie them down a little bit better. I am also going to make a little makeshift greenhouse around them to protect them from frost.
Had to move them inside because of the Hurricane. they had a little frost damage as well but they are still growing strong. one is harvested and the rest will come down in the next few days
It was a very good strain. Was told it wa an auto flower when i bought them but did not turn out to be that way. it vegged for 11 weeks. All and all tho it was very good weed and next year i will be growing it again.
it was a good strain to grow, i ended up with a shit ton of shake im gonna make some oil with as well. the weed is very tasty and great tio smoke. i cant wait to try the oil i make wioh it
Just an FYI - I've had these, and so have a few other people... they're not Autos. They're Photo's. I switched my growbox to 12/12 and got them to flower nicely. Meanwhile, clones that I've taken and put outdoors are still in Veg. Canuk / TNSB won't put my review up on their website.
I am glad you said that because I thought they messed up at the seed bank. This thing Vegs forever. My is now preflowering in week 14. It has to be the outdoor climate. It says grown in southern areas would yield 2000 grams you know it has to get big LOL
@Jay_Gardener, either way its throwing lots of pistons out now and and i did the squeeze and bend technique at the top bud sights today its helping the growth of the other branches. Its definitely going to give me at least 1500 grams so I really cant complain. I agree it would of been nice to know that but now i know how big my Photo im growing will get 😂
