SS #2 diary - Super Skunk Auto

Hi! For this run i chose to grow autoflowering seeds from SensiSeeds and WhiteLabel company. 3 seeds of Super Skunk ("SS"), 80% indica, and 3 seeds of White Diesel Haze ("WDH"), 70% sativa. For seeds germination, i used the wet towel method. Seeds one night in the water 'till they sank, then i put them in the wet towel for 2 days. When germinated, i planted the seeds in a small coco coir pot with plastic bags on the, to keep high umidity level and heat. For the first week, only 200w with blue light and no nutrients, water only (about 200-300 ppm). Additional infos: LEDs lamps are from Viparspectra, i'm growing in an insulated grow tent with an axtractor (which works only 5 mins every hour, except during night) and a heater connected to a temperature controller (set to keep 22 degrees). I'm using Adwa ph tester and Adwa EC tester. I have two different diaries for two different strains! Enjoy ;)

Week 2, i started with nutrients, i'm trying to keep Ph from 5.8 to 6. Unfortunately one seed didn't germinate. Super Skunk grows slower than White Diesel haze. At day 10 i cut the brown tip of the Super Skunk leaves. Check the other diary to see White diesel Haze growing...

From day 17 (Week 3) increased amount of nutrients (above 800ppm) and light (now lights are in full power mode - 400W total). Next week i will probably change the pot. Check the other diary to see White Diesel Haze growing...

Week 4, day 22. I transplanted the plants. Due to the dry coco coir, i had to use a lot of water for the first time with bigget pots, so the plants are a bit overwatered...

Week five, i started the training (topped and LST). Day 30: i cut one big fan leaf per plant, so that the light will point directly to the new colas Day 35: increased tds of the solution to 1000 ppm

Week 6 started, increased TDS of the solution to more than 1000 ppm. I keep on doing LST to the new colas Day 40: i couldn't water the plants, in facts at day 41 they are a little bit dry :( Day 42: still heatly

Week 7, run out of RootJuice :/ This is probably the last week in vegetative. Day 45: i decided to defoliate, seems it worked. Next week i will change the nutrients (from grow to bloom)

Week 8, still not flowering. I'm still removing some big fan leaves to improve air circulation, this must be the last week in vegetative (i hope!) - Day 51: started with bloom nutrients - Day 53: first signs of flowering! - [images at day 53 were taken during the night cycle]

Week 9, first week of flowering. Changed nutrients, also added a "bloom booster" from ATAMI. Day 58: i decided to cut little stems on the bottom of colas, because they are going to be very bushy. Hope to have done it right, without stunning the plants.

Week 9 - increased amount of water per day - temperature outside is rising, so i had to change the extractor schedule to pull out more hot air. Day 70: one plant seems stunned, it doesn't enter the flowering stage: no flowers on it... while this one in the pics seems healty

Week 11: one plant is very tall, the other one is "stunned" still in the flowering stage :( - there are no flowers on them - Day 75: I finally decided to put aside the plant which is not flowering, in order to give at the other pants more light. That's quite sad but i won't waste light for a plant which won't give me its fruits :D

Week 12! Hope buds will grow faster during this week! Day 80: smell is becoming stronger, maybe i can cut a lower branch to try it before harvesting the entire plant ;) i'm too curious.

Week 13. Buds are finally fattening :D Outside it's warm, temperature inside the tent is always between 20 and 25°C. Every two days i water the plants, when it's not the day to feed, i usually spray them with water (with no nutrients). Day 89: Buds of Super Skunk are still fattening, while White Diesel Haze is already ripening

Week 14. Ripening times are very long, longer than whote diese

Week 15. Started flushing, about 1 liter of water per plant every 24 hours, ph 5.8-6.

The next growth (which i am already working on it) i will use hydroponic system. This time i also want to change seed bank, i will give a try to Royal Queen Seeds and their white widow! Bye!
