@Jokey4, If you are talking about covering the lamp with some sort of coloured foil to change its colour/spectrum, it is not advised as it will not produce any benefits and it can damage the lamp or even cause a fire. You need a lamp that emits the right kind of light wave.

@Jokey4, Okay, I don't think it's the right one for the crop. You need lighting that has the right light spectrum.
If you want better results, an illumination with the right spectrum would be the best choice. If you buy a pre-assembled light, try to have it with COB LEDs.
