Sowed directly in the full-sized pot. Popped relatively quickly, no leggy growth so far. The first couple of weeks will take care of themselves, more or less. Just a little ring of water with a couple inches of clearance around the sprout every morning. NO WATER in direct contact with the stem or leaves. The moisture finds its way at just the right amount.

This auto has intensely tight nodes. If you can believe it from the photos at day 12, that thing is not three inches tall yet, but the widest point from leaf tip to tip is easily seven inches. As with my last autoflower, the leaf color is splotchy and a bit yellow. I am using Roots Organics, so there should be enough nutrients built in to last a little while, but I am going to start feeding soon since it's moving so fast at this point. We have had temperatures in the upper 80s to 90s F for a couple of weeks and my AC is failing to keep up on this level of the building, so I am having a hard time keeping the tent under 80 degrees F during the day. If I zip the flap closed, temps get up almost to the mid 80s, which makes me nervous that my regular, non-feminized seedlings will go male. Call me whatever you want, but I hate Summer. Worst season of them all. Sun exposure makes you look ten years older than you really are, and it's so much easier to warm up than to cool off. Feel chilly? Put on a sweater. That said (😅), signs of stress in the tent are not obvious at this point. The leaf color has been the same since the start.

This babe at least doubled its size this week. I started tying down side branches to open up the middle. I will probably not top this one based on recommendation from Dutch Passion. The color has been a bit yellow all along, but apparently this is normal for this plant. Color is stabilizing and the green is filling in. I expect to see preflowering begin this week.

Explosive growth this week. A couple sets of fan leaves on the main stalk are the size of my hands. Lots of tucking and tie-down adjustments to keep side branching open as much as possible as flowering begins. Preflowers are happening, so this week I will ramp up the feeding and maybe pluck a few fan leaves to help with light penetration.

Flowering has begun before the end of the fourth week and she shot up at least six inches in height and even more than that in girth. LST was adjusted to give side branches more breathing room, and superfluous fan leaves were removed to improve air flow and light penetration. For the balance of this grow, I have settled on the Advanced Nutrients line instead of bouncing around. Waste not, right? This plant sucks up every last drop of water every day, but I'm wary of giving her more than two liters at a time. She drinks more than any of my other plants, easily. The color stabilized, bright and green, a little towards the yellow side. Her girth looks like it could get larger than the depth of both of my tents, at around twenty-three inches so far. I expect the flowering stretch to take over, so I am not too worried about it. 😋

Man alive, she's a thirsty one. The soil is dry every morning, so I've upped her water portion to 3 liters. I performed a great deal of defoliation this week. Far too much future larf was hiding inside her bones, so little stems and lots of leaves were removed. Now light gets in much better and I am not seeing damp spots on the leaves. After the heat wave ended, the rain started, so it's hard to keep this building below 64% RH. The tents are hovering between 60-70% depending on how well the AC reaches that room. Bud sites are getting nice and hairy, the stretch is in effect.

Sorry about the photos. I forgot to shoot much this past week. These first few weeks of flowering are always a nail-biting affair as we see pistils beginning to expand and bunch together allowing more to emerge, reaching for light. This week saw some progress. She's still a thirsty beast, easily draining three liters a day leaving me with a dry pot every morning. I've plucked a fan leaf here and there, and removed a couple tiny branches that will never become nice flower. Since this one is growing into its natural Xmas tree shape (no topping) and has such excellent side branching with good flower, I've added a couple 45w LED strips to illuminate the sides a little more. They're weak but they're close, so the flowers seem to be liking the boost.

Nothing to report beyond how lovely these flowers are developing. Very sparkly trichomes, large colas all the way down.

This is a super fast developer. On my very first trichome check in week 9 they’re almost completely cloudy already. I expect to give one more feeding then commence with the flush. Nothing but Hi-Brix molasses and water after that. I don’t care about amber trichomes. I absolutely hate lethargic effects.

First week of flush is about finished. With no topping, no HST, only light training and some defoliation throughout this grow, there are huge colas all over this plant. I am very impressed with this auto. Trichomes are awfully close to ready for me to call it done. I expect to chop this girl down by the end of the week.

We were so pleased with this plant, we got out the big camera and kept it natural like most days around here 🙌 😉. Hope you don't mind. The plant received nothing but PH'd water for two weeks. Trichomes are almost 100% cloudy white and less than 1% amber, but I don't care for ambers. Immediately after our little photo shoot, it went into a wardrobe box with a fan and a the mini dehumidifier. RH is holding around 56% in there. After two days—which has not passed yet at the time of this writing—I will chop, perform a wet trim of all leaves, then back to the wardrobe box where it will hang for two weeks for a slow dry. A slow dry wins the prize every time. If you're wondering about the plant in the background, that is our Finnish Frost, which is two thirds the way through flowering right now. You should follow that one and our two other younger plants.

The size of everything about this plant was a thrill. It didn't get as tall as the C99s I've grown, but the buds were three times the size, easily. It was a very thirsty plant. Three liters every morning and that pot was light and dry the next day. It never went off-color on me and did nothing but grow. One thing, however. Perhaps due to the off-and-on heatwave we had and inconsistent environmental factors, the smallest of the buds towards the bottom and inside were seeded. I had no males in the building or anywhere, so it wasn't pollinated; and I didn't find any other signs of hermaphroditism. That aside, it was a joy to grow, the effects are fantastic, and I will grow it again.
