Your lights are close enough.. if you want her to space out a bit more just back your lights up some and she will stretch out looking for that light.. Training methods like urs is to promote a shorter bushier robust plant. As your encouraging horizontal growth and not allowing it to go upwards. You seem to be in the transition into bloom. This is when the plant "stretches" the most. But u have her locked into place. Restricting her growth. If u want her to stretch her branches out.
