@Deltha, i removed them before pollen was able to spread, but anyway in your case even if a few already drop pollen bottom of the canopy under most apex, calyx and pistils the pollen shouldn't spread as long as your ventilation isn't to strong at their level, if you got some pollen already dropping you can eventually remove it with watered paper towel or sponge.
i had one or two male flower that dropped some pollen on a secondary stem bottom of the canopy without much arm in the end (i didn't even removed it and left it on the stems) even with the small fan blowing air top of the canopy (i had only 5 seeds in the end for 8 plants wich is totally neglectable)
