My 1st grow - 4 Auto RQS Greenhouse

1st week, lots of sun, but a seed does not grow (1 Royal Haze Automatic), it is dead. The Quick is the first to show its head and the Northern Light is the 2nd. The Royal Critical and the Royal Gorilla take 2 days longer than the others. Everything is good for CR but for GR the seed shell has blocked the exit of the first leaves. I first tried to spray water on the shell, but nothing worked, so I resigned myself to removing the shell with tweezers.
