Skywalker OG (SW2)

6/15 - soaking seed 24 hours then paper towel soaked for 24hrs more. Transplanted to rapid rooter for 24 hours more then into small pot with Coco Loco until Seedling s mature for 3 gallon cloth pots. 6/18 Day 3 Little lady Skywalker just stuck her leaves out of the rapid rooter. Small root sticking out the bottom too. Just keeping her moist and the light on her as well. 6/19 day 4 Baby Skywalker is doing...ok! Moved her to a small starter pot. Starter leaves haven’t really opened much yet. My other Skywalker plant acted the same way 9s. So I’m hoping this is just a trait for this strain/genetics and is a late bloomer like my first one. 6/20 day 5 Still growing strong. I lowered the light to 15 inch based on new Lux meter (Dr. Meter LX1330B model) new distance shows 220 lux. S/b ok. Lol 6/21 Day 6. Growing strong. Water today. Just water. Lost powerSW2 was without light for lost about 3.5 hrs of light. S/b ok!? 6/22 Day 7 first week went well. Nothing too exciting except a power outage for 3.5 hours. All seems good so far.

Week 2 is almost as slow as Week 1. Second set of leaves finally started to grow. Nothing really to report. Day 12. Not a lot of growth so far this week but she is looking healthy. Just taken her sweet time to grow. Day 14 end of week 2/begins week 3 things are looking good. Starting to show signs of life. Going to up the Nutes in week 3. See how she responds.

Day 14 ending w2 entering w3. All looks good with little SW2. Using the nutes in w3. Day 15 repotted into 3 gallon cloth pot with Coco Loco. Up the Nutrients using Fox Farm and she seems to be responding. I am using mostly a reduced dose compared to Fox Farm recommendations. So hopefully she can deal with it. Day 21 - significant growth I topped her today after the 3rd node kept the 2nd node and cut away everything below 2nd node.

Day 21 - topped and trimmed. Planned to top till I get 8 ‘potential’ Bud sites. Day 23. Much the same. Looking beautiful but nothing exciting. It’s exactly like watching the grass grow. Slow slow slow. Day 25 feed molasses Day 28 - flipping to Flower today. Maybe a little early but I have 3 others in the same tent a week ahead. So I’m going to hope this plant doesn’t lose too much yield for the early flip. The plant has been trading to 8 potential cola sites.

Day 29 Day 1 of Flower! Week 5 Flipped when I did due to time constraints and have 3 other plants in the tent that are a week older. So little Skywalker has a learning curve so to speak. We will see how she responds. Day 31 day day 3 of Flower. Just feeding and LST Day 33 defoliants the bottom fan leaves. I LST to open her up to the new light I got yesterday. Much larger coverage area and twice the dimmable light.

Day 35 and starting 2nd week of Flower. Did little LST and defoliation. She is growing well for being the runt of the pack. Day 37 feeding week 7 FF Nutes schedule. Day 38. You can really see the stretching.

Starting week 4 of Flower. Just trying not to screw up anything at this point. Environment seems to be dialed in at them moment. We will wait and see. Starting to see a little bud fuzz. 7/30 feed her today. I am feeding her a week head (week 8 FF schedule) due to my other grows. Just easier and she seems to be handling it well. 4 strong bud sites and several stragglers. This is the plant I chose to do minimal training from seed to harvest. I did top her twice but I’m not touching her nymore except if needed (dead leaves).

Ran into a issue with slight nutrient burn but got it under control. Been dealing with some medical stuff so the log has suffered. The trichombs are about 90% milky But they are still mostly white. Some are turning tan/golden brown.

I did a wet trim and did not do a very good job mostly because it’s personal use and I don’t care about bag appeal. I will grow Skywalker OG again. I have 3 more seeds. The harvest weights are NOT including the trim. Just smokable bud.
