Hey You can start doing LST whenever you're ready, it can handle gentle tying at this young age or you could wait for it to get a little taller. But definitely do it while the plant is still flexible and able to bend, versus waiting too long and the stems get all woody and stiff. With the topping you want several sets of true leaves before you begin, typically between 5-7 sets. So it looks like you need at least another 3 sets to open up. But the lst you could do now if you want that since smooth bend. Happy growing ✌️

You will want some rubber coated wires for your plant to feel comfortable with, but I guess you can also use the ones you already have, as long as they don’t have cutting edges that may damage your bby. I just wonder if it isn’t a pain in the ass to bend those steel wires. As for the LST just gently bend her one side and tie up the base of the stem so you won’t hurt the roots. Than you wait for her to push back and basically just continue with the LST until aprox. the middle of flowering stage when she stops growing. However I’d wait a bit more if I were you, you’ll want at least 4 nodes before LST imo. Hope that helps, cheers

if it need to retain coverage footprint -- dim it, if possible. Height changes footprint, so consider that and make sure it covers everything sufficiently when moving closer. Farther away just makes it more evenly spread out, typically. inverse square law -- every 1' you raise it that is 1/4th the intensity of light per sq. ft *or any unchanging area of comparison. Chage your perspective a bit on how to fill an area.. height varies. Stretch varies, but you can start with a guesstimate of 2x the size. When it is roughly 2/3rds of your Length and Width, you'll be roughly 1/2 size (70%*70%=49%)

For now I'd just leave it my friend.. Try to tuck it the best you can. It is powering the growth of your plant.. Once it's as big as your hand thou i'd prob just snip it off as by then you'll have enough other large one's to power the growth.. Hope this helps! 👊
