Also using "root organics" cal-mag @1/4 tsp. Per L. (0.25-0.0-.18) every 3rd water due to growing in pure coco with perlite @ 25%. Doubles her bloom nute to 2ml/L this week.Added 2 drops/L of Fulvic acid with 72 trace minerals to her feed this week.
Added a 2nd 600w led. 12 band. Total actual power draw is @ 267w for the 2 lights. She also went into a bigger tent.(3' x 2' x 5')
Gave her the final feed. It was a light feed. She will be ready in14 day. Her flush will be with reverse osmosis ph @ 7.0. I took a small branch off that was at the base, it was the runt of the litter.
So did a flush this am, run off was at 6.5 so substrait ph is good, and hopefully the flush took some build up away that's causing the lock out. I'll see what the effects are tomarow. I did have to flush when I switched to flower.
So I'm having a cal-mag deficiency not a phosphorus....i was giving cal-mag every 3rd feed but I guess it wasn't enough....gave her a 16oz solution. Hopefully helps. I read during 4-6th week of flower it is comon...7 days from starting her flush and now all the problems start...haha...
Got a 60x micro scope for my phone. It was 9$ usd so couldn't pass it up. works well. Its a fixed lense. Has a little light you can turn from white to uv light.
I'm rocking 1x 300watt equivalent and 1x 600watt equivalent LED's. Actual power draw is 263 watts or so and I have a 60watt inline fan and a 12watt fan at the bottom of the tent to help circulateation of air.i spend 45$(usd) a month for electricity just to run my system. I used to use florecance, but didn't like needing 6 or 8 to get a decent crop. I only need 2 leds comiared to the 6. Yes they are an expensive invesment but defiantly worth it. And LEDS have 50-100,000 hour rating. They will last for 5-6 years.
There is some bleaching and spotting from the LED's. It's not going to effect the end product and is only noticed up close and on the sugar leaves. I also turned off blue spectrum on the 300watt and left the heavy red on. The 600watt if a flowering light. It is heavy in red spectrum to start with.
Well done on the harvest mate :)
Let her dry and cure and we would love your thoughts on the end product once fully dry and cured :)
Thank you for representing the Dinafem and enjoy that harvest :)
All the best
Mark..
@DinafemSeeds, just put it in to cure for 2-3 weeks. The smell is amazing, it's like lemonade with a fuel/kush smell, can't keep my nose out of the jar..the high creeped up on me. Very clear headed with some body at the same time, deffenatly a hybrid more on the sativa side of things. I would defiantly order them again..i would love to try the Strawberry Amnesia.
Hey dude nice grow! Iam also growing Blue kush from Dinafem. Can you tell how much she stretched when you started flowering? I am wondering when I should start.
Bro! Just beautiful! I love me some @DinafemSeeds genetics and I ALWAYS use BioBizz nutrients w/ Cal/Mag/Zinc supplement!! Check out my "Super Economy Grow" to see my Dinafem Sour D Auto + BioBizz grow! Keep up the good work & Welcome to GrowDiaries Community 😎
I'm using fulvic acid and humic acid in conjunction with cal-mag every 3rd feed..im a week and a half from starting her flush...might be harvesting lower branches a week into flush because they are going to be ripe prior to the main cola wich will need a nother week. AMAZING smell...super sweet lemon, with a kushieness, with a hint, of berry that you can't really tell if it's there or not.
I started flowering her at week 7 after germination or 2 months old. I also just grew her out from seed, I did no real training. No topping or other cutting tequniks. I am taking the fan leaves off as she burns through her sugars and turn yellow / white in total color.
