Noticed significant yellowing at the end of last week. I followed some sound advice that they were getting too much sunlight so I covered them in two layers of shade cloth. I didn't give them any water for 5 days due to the soil retaining a lot of moisture, and on Wednesday night I decided to mix in more perlite, bringing the mix up to around 30%. I then watered each with about 5oz of clean water in a ring around the plant.
In less than 48 hours they're all looking a lot better, except for P#2 which looks to have been shocked quite a bit, I'm hopeful she can pull through. They're finally showing signs of growth again as well for the first time this week. And all are starting to show pistils.
I knew better but still ended up making this rookie mistake of drowning my plants, both with my soil mix and my poor watering practice with these little seedlings. Learning as I go, I look forward to having a better update next week 👍
