For this grow I have 2 plants going. They are both Bloody Skunk Autos from Sweet Seeds. I start my Autos in soil mixed with organic dry amendments.
Measurements are per gallon
75% Fox Farm, Ocean Forest Soil
25% Organic Worm Castings
2 TBSP Down to Earth, Seabird Guano 0-11-0
2 TBSP Down to Earth, Sea Kelp 1-0.1-2
2 TBSP Mycorrhizal Fungi
This is a new mix I am trying out. I use compost teas to supplement in-between amending the soil.
Both plants are doing fine. My only observation to make note of this week is that the second plant is substantially smaller than the first. Continuing to water every other day at a PH between 6.2 - 6.8
I am missing a photo for Day 20 as I was out of town. This plant is really taking off. The second plant in the grow is just not performing so I decided to take her out and use the space for something special. Keep an eye out for the next diary!
I am super fond of this plant. Removed two leaves on day 25 that were blocking future bud sites then gave the one and only top dress this skunk will receive. With such a short flowering time I want to get a good fade the last week or so before harvest. Continuing with LST and getting good results. Lots of growth this week with very early signs of flowering. May be a red week next update!
The colors are simply amazing. This is by far one of the prettiest strains I have grown this far. I have nothing bad to say. Nothing to do but continue watering between 6.2 - 6.8 til harvest. Should get a nice fade at the end if I timed the last top dress out right.
Did some VERY light defoliation of any leaves blocking prime bud sites. I water every other day at a PH of 6.2 - 6.8. I have noticed spring tails in the soil. I always try to create and maintain a good soil food web and seeing these little guys makes me happy.
This skunk is putting more effort into flowering every day and beginning to pack on mass slowly but surely. I know this strain isn't in the highest of yields but I'm excited none the less.
I don't smell anything yet but I have a terrible nose when it comes to smells. This plant is beautiful, I have never seen colors like this in any of my grows before. Amazing genetics from amazing breeders! Thanks you Sweet Seeds!
