6/8:
I tried germinating all 3 seeds, but only one emerged.
I planted it in a 24oz starter pot and have it in the closet, but I'll transplant her into a 1 gallon pot. I'm moving my finishing FFT clones in the tiny tent into the closet soon, so I'll move her into my tiny tent until big enough to take outdoors.
6/13:
Looking good. I transplanted her into a 1-gallon pot today and fed her full strength nutes.
Not much time for updates this week, but she spent the week in a 1-gallon pot in my tiny tent under 300w. She grew really well after getting off to a slow start. Very Indica looking...😍
I took her outdoors on 7/1 and transplanted her into a 3 gallon pot..
7/6:
Heavy thunderstorms last night and half the day today, so she won't be ready to eat again for a few days. I went out to the site about an hour after it quit raining today and saw HUNDREDS of tiny little green grasshoppers feasting on my girls!!! I immediately sprayed them all down with pyrethrins, and did it again right before dark.
I've got the fan blowing across the pots to try to dry them out faster.
I started using TPS One (one part nute solution) the other day, and the plants seem to love it. Really growing well, but I'm glad I amended their soil with some happy frog fruit and flower granular fertilizer this time. They get fed whether it's too wet or not.
7/7:
Rained again last night...and more hoppers again this morning, so i sprayed with pyrethrins.
7/12:
I tied down her main earlier this week and took about 5 or 6 cuttings from her today.
Sprayed with Bt-k again, with some fulvic acid and silica.
All week was spent in "recovery mode"....flushed her really well with sledgehammer and sprayed her with boom boom spray, then waited a couple days...then fed her a little boomerang, waited a couple days, then fed her a little more boomerang and sprayed her with kelp and silica...improving!
Another rough week...high temps and horribly arid conditions, and still the grasshoppers appear every damn day!
I'm beginning to think I have a root aphid problem. Mysterious Mg deficiencies for two grows. Also looking like phosphorous deficiency as well..no way...
She's popping pistils now...just a few so far..
Treated with Beauveria bassiana, Metarhizium anisopliae, and Azamax this week...and foliar fed with kelp and silica. Rained last couple days of the week.
Hoping it's dry again soon so I can feed her properly, but I did top dress her pot with a little bat guano and worm castings before the last bit of rain.
She recovered well enough. Has enough foliage to go the distance and is beginning to bud up, but it looks like her buds might be a little on the leafy side...
The 4 clones I took from her are being grown indoors in my closet and being tracked in a separate diary.
