Well you definitely have a female, that's good. You might have a thrip eating your girl though. On the macro about half way up on the right side, there's a little worm looking thing. It looks like a thrip. Check for light green patches on random leaves, that's how you can tell they've been snacking. Neem oil will kill them. There's also home mixes you can look up. Hopefully I'm wrong though.
