First week of 3 FastBudz LSD25 Auto’s.
I am growing in a Stealth Box made by StealthBox in Vancouver, Canada.
These boxes are extremely high quality and perfect for having a discreet setup. The unit comes with a built in fan & carbon filter, full spectrum 3000k LED quantum board, trellis hooks, drip tray pan, locking door and a built in timer. They did a wonderful job thinking of everything for this compact little grow environment!

The medium I am using for these plants is Fox Farms Ocean Forest & Fox Farms Happy Frog. I mixed these two mediums at equal parts, I then mixed in 20% perlite, I also mixed in 5% General Organics Alaska Humus and I also mixed in around 5% fish manure clay based humus. Two additional items I added to the soil before planting was BigFoot Granular mycorrhizae (3-5tbsp per cubic foot of soil) and GreatWhite mycorrhizae (about 1tbsp per cubic foot of soil). I allowed this mixture to bake in my garage in a closed bin for around a month and a half (garage is around 75°-85° Fahrenheit). The soil was lightly conditioned throughout the month with Fish Sh!t. The soil pH was around 6.5 and the NPK ratio was balanced as well based on a rapid leaf soil test kit.
I grow underground in my basement so the temperatures are consistently at 65° and 50% rh humidity year round. Because humidity is low I use the plastic cup method to maintain 70%+ humidity during the seedling to veg stage. This has proven to be very effective in combating drought like conditions for these babies.
During this stage I only use a spray bottle to water, I have found this prevents over watering and helps keep this right where they need to be for these first couple weeks. Once the seedlings grow and no longer need the plastic cups for humidity I will switch to watering with a can around the perimeter of the pots to encourage root growth.
The three LSD25’s are coming along nice, the one on the top left is quite a bit lighter than the two others. I’m not sure if it has to do with the nutrients or the pheno because I have seen many others on here with lighter leaves and average dark leaves.
I gave these girls a light feeding with the advanced nutrient organic line and mulched around the stems with General Organics Ancient Forest Humus. So far they seem to be happy with the microbe and nutrient rich products!
I measured the ppm, EC and ph of the soil and realized I’m having some pH fluctuations. I’m not too surprised since I am using ocean forest and that soil is known for having wild ph fluctuations and high nutrient content. The nutrient solution I fed was only around 120ppms mixed with RO/spring water that was around 48ppms, very light mixture. My runoff was around 1600ppm had an EC of 3.4 and the pH was 5.5. I flushed the lighter yellow plant since it was showing signs of nitrogen toxicity (color and clawing down leaves) I also have the other girls a nice big watering with ph balanced RO with 1ml per gal of Roots Organics CalMag. The runoff after the flush was around 6.0.
Onto week 4 and two LSD’s seem to be fine compared to the bushy/light green girl. Unfortunately she has had issues in this medium since day one so I’d say she is definitely less resistant than the other two LSD’s.
Continued to water them with only reverse osmosis water with Fish Sh!t. I think they can hold off on nutrients for at least a couple more weeks until the run off numbers are lower. This week the runoff was around 1200ppm, 2.4ec and 6.0ph. That tells me they are at least eating the nutrients in the medium.
A couple of the plants are starting to show slight bits of purple on the edges of some leaves. It’s hardly noticeable to the naked eye but I’m hoping at least one of these girls gets the purple pheno!
Two of the LSD25’s are starting to show their colors, one is quite small but her flowers are densely packed. We will see if she starts to develop the purps soon!
They have grown quite a bit since, I had to tie down the top cola on one of the girls because she was getting so tall and lanky. I have minimal room to grow in so I have to manage the height properly since LSD25 can be anywhere from 15-35in tall from what I’ve seen.
I still haven’t fed them anything other than, volcanic spring water with Fish Sh!t and Bud Candy. I’m balancing the water out with TnB naturals since the volcanic spring water tends to be either base or slightly alkaline.
The reason I use volcanic spring water here and there is to add, calcium, magnesium, potassium, silica and tons of other dissolved fulvic trace minerals from volcanic springs. I usually switch between Fiji and Waiakea spring water. It sounds a bit fancy but I alternate between this and distilled/reverse osmosis. I only use RO/D when mixing with nutrients or when I’m trying to flush nutrients from my mediums. I use volcanic spring water and local spring water from an artesian well when trying to feed a balanced water with minimal inputs.
The LSD25’s are doing pretty well! They’ve stayed short and stalky but their buds seem to be filling out nice and dense. Two of the lsd’s were suffering a slight nitrogen and phosphorus deficiency. I’m not too worried about it since it is somewhat natural for this to happen during this part of their life cycle. I gave them a nice dose of bloom nutrients and so far they seem to be really enjoying their food. A day after the feed they bulked up quite a bit and the trichromes became much more visible to the naked eye.
Regardless of my initial issues with my medium and original ph pen, I am pleased with these girls so far. The scent and aroma coming off of the plants is nothing like I’ve smelt before. Almost every bud site releases a different terp/aromatic profile when touched. It’s an interesting smell the notes/terp profile I get from it is; musk (mycerene), lemon (limonene), peppery/herbal (caryophyllene) and slight lavender (linalool) type scent. I’m not used to smelling this many different profiles from one strain but I must say that the smell is almost addicting!
The LSD’s are really starting to show their fall colors! The leaves are turning a beautiful bronze, purplish color which is really amazing to look at. The smell coming from these girls is insane, my cousin came by to check on the progress and said he’s never smelt a strain like this before!
One of the girls is starting to show more signs of a phosphorus and potassium deficiency so on her next feeding I’m going to bump her up to half and full strength nutrients to see how she responds! I know I only have a couple more weeks of feeding before she’s ready to be chopped so i really need to take advantage!
Well looks like these girls are coming to an end! Around 80-90% of trichomes are cloudy, some sugar leaves are starting to get some ambers as well so I’m going to be semi-flushing with microbes and molasses for the bennies over the next couple weeks until chop!
Soon after the first flush, the colors started to pop, especially on the leaves! I have also noticed the smell has really picked up, but it’s almost like a ripe fruit smell. Based on the smell I can tell these girls are getting ready for the end of their life cycle. I’m planning to chop soon after week 9 but I will allow the girls to sit in 24-48hr dark period before I do so.
These girls are just days away from harvest! I will closely monitor their pistils, calyxes & trichomes throughout the week so I can determine exactly when to give these girls their two days darkness before chop!
They are all starting to fade out really nice and the smell just keeps getting stronger each and every day!
After this last feed/flush I will only give these girls R/O-Distilled Water with nothing added whatsoever.

Update: 9/7
The pistils and trichomes are about right where I want them. I’d say I have about 90% Cloudy, 7% Clear & 3% Amber Trichomes. A majority of pistils have gone from white to amber and have retracted. The girls have stopped drinking water so I transferred them to my darkroom to finish off for two days. After the two days I will chop and hang at 67°F @ 55%RH for 8-10 days until the stems begin to snap.
This strain from FastBuds is truly something special. I have never smelt a strain with such a complex terpene profile. It smells as if there are 5 strains mixed into one jar, it’s unbelievable!
I grew these plants in a compact Stealth Box, made by Stealth Box in Vancouver, Canada. This micro grow environment was absolutely perfect for my household. It comes with everything you need to grow high quality buds! This grow box comes with a quantum board full spectrum led light, built in fans for circulation, a carbon filter fan for scrubbing, drip tray pan and a locking door to keep nosey people or children out. It really just looks like a locker or a cabinet and doesn’t scream I’M A GROW TENT the first second you see it. It kept my house smell free and it was extremely easy to control the environment since it’s only around 3.25 square feet total! This grow box is small but can effectively grow up to 8oz if you can manage the height of the plants! I managed a little over two ounces with just three (one runt) plants, the box can fit four 2.2gallon fabric pots. I was also growing a blueberry from seedsman in the box as well so once I harvest that plant, technically this single box will have yielded over 3oz. That’s very impressive for 3 square feet and 100w! I am happy that I chose this over some of the other compact options that were out there. This box is made from steel and it is built like a tank! I dried the plants whole for three days in complete darkness. I then cut each individual branch and transferred the stalks into a WeDryer. This dryer looks like a average hang dryer except it is completely sealed and uses a small dc fan at top with a carbon filter to lightly draw air upwards. There is a small mesh hole at the bottom that allows a gentle airflow to flow upwards into the carbon filter and out the exhaust fan at the top. The draw is hardly noticeable but it’s enough to allow slow and even dry without mold or over drying. I allowed the buds to sit in here for about 3 days and then pulled them out and did the final trim. I then transferred the buds back into the wedryer for their final dry and that took about another 3 days. Their humidity was around 62% when finished which is quite optimal.
I was just able to test the buds today I must say that this is by far one of the smoothest strains I have ever smoked. It feels like it’s going to be harsh at first, because you can tell it’s strong but then the smoke comes out almost creamy. It’s crazy because I’ve never smoked a strain that doesn’t make me cough or choke up a little but this one goes down like some Grey Goose! The taste is interesting, it’s not the most flavorful I’ve had but it is pleasant. It tastes earthy and fruity at the same time.
One thing that I wasn’t crazy about was that she is a pretty larfy strain. My total yield was 67.34g from 3 (practically 2-1/2 plants) but around 9.87g was unusable buds and sugar leaf. I’ll spare these for my dry ice dry soft hash 😎

So only after two weeks of curing these buds are becoming more and more refined! The texture of the buds is beautiful, it crumbles and grinds up effortlessly in my space case and is light, fluffy and almost “goopy” coming out of the grinder. I guess goopy is my description of ground bud that sticks together as it comes out of the grinder. It almost resembles goo or putty! That’s always a great indicator of a strain that has lots of sticky dank trichomes 😎
Now onto the high... I must admit, I was a little disappointed at first. I was initially caught off guard by how smooth the smoke went down, but usually after the first hit I feel something. After the first hit of this strain I didn’t, so I packed another bowl and sparked her up... not much different. Around 15min after my second hit I started to gradually feel a trippy/tingly full body buzz and strong head buzz come on. Once I sat down on the couch it’s like it fully kicked in and I really felt a truly euphoric full body high along with a head high that felt incredible. She’s definitely what some would call a “creeper strain”! To me though, the high is reminiscent of the first hour after ingestion of some top quality cubensis! In a nutshell the high is euphoric, energetic and crisp. I don’t feel groggy at all when I smoke this strain, I can be extremely productive with work and still articulate my thoughts with ease. I also noticed that I don’t get anxious in public and even though this strain is extremely uplifting and energetic I have zero issues getting to sleep at night. I could truly classify this strain as medicinal and I know if I was still a caregiver this would be on constant rotation!
I will update more after 2.5-3.0 months cure!
@FreshCoastOrganics, I’m pretty sure you know that auto flowers only need 6 hours of light per day. They are programmed to veg, flower and harvest by a set time so 2days of darkness is not necessary for auto flowers but do you bro good growing
@Gutismoke102, Could you please elaborate on why? I’ve grown probably 50+ photo strains but now dedicate all of my time to autoflowers and would like to know if there is a specific reason why autoflowers don’t benefit from darkness? Thanks bro! Good to know!
@MrHightimes, I’m trying to get better! But the Filmic pro app is amazing for improving video quality and the cheap clip on lens I got from Amazon does a really good job at making it seem like a real camera! All cost me less than $40 usd!
@FoTwenny, Thank you! I’m guessing that Pheno #2 will be the strongest (she’s the densest and has the most trichomes out of the three). Pheno #1 is definitely the most vibrant, just not as dense or as full of trichs like #2. Pheno #3 probably won’t be too impressive, but out of the three she has the most blueberry/fruit like scent but way less trichomes than the other two.
I will find out soon though! About 85% of the trichomes on #2 are cloudy so she is getting close, the other two need a little longer but these all should be ready in just about a week or two! Thank you for checking in!
@Canna96,thank you!! I’m a little worried about the big one, she’s getting droopy but I’m still trying my best to determine what’s going on with her. My other girls is starting to go through slight N and K deficiencies so hopefully the bloom feed helps her out. Hopefully she turns out well! Thanks for the encouragement!

@MrHightimes, it’s a pretty damn good lens for the price! I love the macro shots it takes too! Now I just use that for checking my trichomes, it’s way easier than using my microscope! 24fps gives that cinema like footage but if you plan on slowing down the film for any slowmotion shots turn the FPS up because 24fps is awful slowed down 😂
