I've been thinking of an all-Oni run for awhile now as he's been one of my favourite breeders since I started! I convinced myself I didn't deserve to run these until I felt more confident in my abilities so here we are, finally giving them an honest go!

- Soaked for 20 hours in RO and kelp. 99% Germination
- Went into paper towel.

- 100% germination!
- Labelled and into Rapid Rooters

- Added super special diffused light shield lol
- Started popping through!

- Success! Unfortunately, I accidentally decapitated a Dub Trop :(

- "Transplant" into first home! (Tray wouldn't fit 11, so one Tropicana Kush is hanging out in a veg tent with siblings)
- Used BioBizz Light Mix (0.4-0-0) soil.

° I suspect the lights are too bright, they are shying away and show typical LED stress.
° I guess 200+ PPFD isn't good when they're this young =|
° They are all sativa dominants so I don't feed bad doing this to get the node spacing tight.

- Noticing some really starting to hate how much light in the mini tent.
- Transplant into 1 gal fabrics tomorrow. (They have Velcro!)

- Watered a bit, seem to be drinking heavy now.

- Watered, noticed phosphorous deficiency starting on 3.
° Likely due to underwater as well as not top dressing dry
° amendments last week when transplanted into 1 Gals.

- Finally built the light and moved everyone into the 5x5!
📅 Day 4
- Alright, real talk. I under-watered these plants on top of them being too hot for too long.
° They weren't able to take up nutrients and were trying to photosynthesize faster with
° lights being at 22 hours on and 2 off.
° I also neglected them and got lazy as my harvest of other plants was delayed by a week,
° pushing back everything else. This isn't an excuse but is a reason. I will learn from this
° and am posting the haggard pictures so I have a reminder as well as proof of what they'll
° come back from!

I think the LEDs are too intense. Do the serrated edges of the leaf tipping up mean they are being stressed by the light? Because I don't have heat issues. PPFD Around 780-980.
hey there , i have to disagree with everyone here, this is a text book case of magnesium deficiency . Yellowing at the serrated edges of the leafs is the tell tale sign of this. "High quality genetics" like these seeds simply need cal mag even in soil. you can add it directly to the watering or use it as a spray. Do this and the problem will stop spreading almost immediately and the plant should be fully recovered in under ten days. Hope this helps ! 🚀

@ShagPlo, Thanks man! Honestly, since I was already at 22 hours for a light cycle, the darkness length wouldn't have mattered. It's just where I happened to turn the lights off to get to the 12/12 schedule I wanted, plus the extra stress to kick start into flower :)
