Если она проявляется, то обычно лишь на одном или двух листьях растения. Но не исключено, что целая часть растения может проявлять что-то подобное.
Такое небольшое нарушение пигментации практически никак не влияет на растение, но интересно выглядит. В биологии такое явление называется "секторальной химерой".
Чтобы не спутать данную мутацию с некоторыми проявлениями дефицита удобрений, следует помнить, что секторальная химера влияет только на несколько листков растения. Иногда листья окрашиваются наполовину в пурпурный, как при нехватке фосфора, но если это случается лишь с одним-двумя листьями на всём растении, повода для беспокойства нет. Чаще мутация проявляется в жёлтой окраске! 👆
Нет повода для беспокойств, это не заразно для здоровых растений! 👌 это безобидный вид мутации конопли.

Plant with nutrient deficiency causing white leaves has been alleviated, extra nutrients did well.
Compost tea has been going out every 24-48 hours in the garden, the ghouse got tea on monday and loved it.
The first amnesia haze auto has started to bud and was given fox farm big bloom/open sesame.
Have a bunch of small caterpillars showing up in the ghouse. Been using neem oil and physical means (armed with a uv light) to kill them. Any suggestions to keep them in check?
Neem won't do much with caterpillars, you need to use a product for that kind of bugs, or like you do, manually killing them one by one by hand.
I don't recommend using any chemical product, in my experience is better for the ecosystem to just kill the ones you naturally find, and let the birds close to your girls to feast on them, keeping the equilibrium and helping them thrive.

Plants put on a lot of vertical growth outside and in the ghouse. Have been successful in ridding the ghouse of caterpillars but have had issues with powdery white mildew.
