SoloCup 2020 FB Roots Organics

the_canna_scientist Going to be up against the gun to get this one done in time, 14 weeks is 98 days. Think about 100 left in the contest. 9-10 weeks of flower, gonna be real close, dunno if I'll get it dried in time for sure, either way going to be fun!

the_canna_scientist Going to put her humidity dome back on since I took it off for a day and I'm getting a but of curling. My entire floor is a grate on my tent so not worried about roots coming out of the bottom, they should air prune with the holes, and I have her sitting at 12k lumen. Low key week, shes just been a growin.

the_canna_scientist Whelp, week of stunted growth cause I over watered her. Let the soil dry out, starting to perk back up. Going to only water 60ml, got a little overzealous and watered 120ml. Should come back no worries.

the_canna_scientist Struggling from being over watered still, flipped into flower. She is a lil fighter. Wait and see how she goes.

the_canna_scientist I found an issue in my soil ph pen. I've since bought a newer, nicer pen, and it is showing 7.6ph in the soil. I've been feeding with a constant 6.2ph to 6.5ph. Going to get soil into proper PH range for nutrient uptake and hopefully it'll turn around. It just seems to be in a slow stasis of barely holding on. The last few days a bit more color has come to the top.

the_canna_scientist Really looking forward to the bowl this plant will provide, lol. Oh well, live and learn, I'll continue to try and reverse it.

the_canna_scientist This one is showing new grow from the growth points at the base, the leaves are greening up from the bottom to the top, seems to be recovering, a great learning process on how to recover a depleted soil of nutes and microbes.

the_canna_scientist Interesting little life cycle for this thing, finally got everything worked out and the plant is eating again. New growth on the lower nodes, probably a good inch of new growth. Pushing new pistils and the sugars are turning green again, too little too late but I'm glad I figured out what was going on.

the_canna_scientist The little plant that could, once the soil got right she's really trying to do....something? At this point, I'm just gonna see what happens and keep feeding her.

the_canna_scientist Looks like more than a joint now, maybe.. a couple joints. I learned a lot from this and will continue to push it further and see what happens

the_canna_scientist Learned a lot in this grow, unfortunately the buds, as expected, will be turned straight into edibles. My other orange sherbets are night and day from this grow, and the solo cup wins this round. Update: Yeah this went straight in the trash.
