At this point i think you need to think about investing in a new light source mate, it can't by anything else that causes the slow growth. Havnt you basicaly checked everything else ? How are you watering? Me when i water seedlings this size, i usually go with 2 days between every watering - So i water and wait until its dry and water again. very simple. - So if you think its overwatering that causes the problem then go ahead and try do this and see if it makes a difference Also you really need to make sure your pH is on point with all those nutrients you are using. If you get the pH wrong in a couple of waterings then it stops drinking. Have you tried simplyfying your nutrient schedule a little until the plants gets bigger? Good luck my friend. 🍀

yes go ahead and put them under your veg light! with a good distance between 45 to 90 centimeter from the plant depending on how powerful your light is. - Nice plants btw!

Your grow is really slow, how about your watering technique ? Try to water less maybe. Also your soil might be too compacted, although it doesn't seems to be.
