Here we go the tester seeds from RQS are going in. that makes 8 plants for harvest in around 12 weeks should keep me busy :) New ec meter cam yday so I can start feeding the veg plants now update imminent. It's just dawned on me that Im growing royalty strains with these purple queens along with the King tutukamon strain haha king and queen God im sad lol Well these seeds were as fresh as I have ever had them to the point of green staining around the seed when germing I can only assume it was bits of plant matter left from when they were picked. anyway fastest sproutiing seeds I have ever had.

Hi People :) So 3 of the queens have germinated just waiting on the 4th she seems to be bit slower than the others will be sure to mark that down :) Overall these are growing super fast I added an extrra air line to each pot wont do much atm but Im sure it will help when they are larger more air means faster growth in my experience anyway. Thanks again to James from RQS for allowing me to test this pheno :) the tutkamon has had to stay in this tent until she is large enough to be fed full veg feed I'm thinking around one or two more weeks :)

Overall growing very quickly I like it so far :) 100% germination rate whats not to like :) UPdate warmer water now changed for 20 tempt hopefully that will kick them back in :)

I have remove 10 litres of water from the buckets and replaced it with normal water to try and counteract it :) It was only a tiny amount but still could set me back a week or so but meh stuff happens :) Enjoy the pics :) TESTER UPDATE. So just a normal week for the queens just plodding along nicely I did feed them but only slightly they have a few weeks to catch up to the flower tent if I could afford 4 more buckets I could start 4 more strains but the lack of funds is an issue at the moment. F*ck you covid ! Enjoy the pics will probably up their feed as soon as I have invested in another ph pen.

Hi Guys the queens are going well now they have some good light I dont think Im getting the distancing right with the mars hydro though the cable is extremelty short so I'm going to need an extention cable to exted it to be able to move it to the riight heiight to really utilise the light so I will buy one while im waiting for the buckets for the next Diaries Sweet seeds coming up.

Hi guys so the queens this week are finally speeding up we have slight nuteburn but is is very slight only a few little spots it sure does not seem to be slowing them down. 2 more weeks and they should be ready for the flip :) lets see some queen :) getting into winter now which is great for my plants I can now fine tune the environment to suite them :) thank you England for your crappy weather I love you :) I upped the ec to 0.8 and i think thats where the little nute burn came from. I now know around 0.6-0.7 is the sweet spot for my pre veg phase. so thats one. down only like 3 more to go :) Thanks again for RQS for sending these genetics free of charge great breeder :)

So we have set the timer forward tonight so lets see these flowers and watch the stretch :) I know one plant is not doing very well I think it was too much air in the tent blowing directly aat it so I have rremoved a fan and tilted the other more out the way :)

The queens are doing well I moved the one that was not doing very well to the veg tent I will continue to veg it and do some very harsh training with her when shes back upto health. So I will update the pictures during the week I need to re arrange the plants and install the 2nd netting readdy for the next 6 weeks I should of waited one more week but if i did my other plants would very tall and un ruley and I have already topped 2 of them twice.

Hello Interesting week for the queens I think the cold temps are really starting to mess with the trike development does not seem to be much they made need more than 8 to finish luckily I don't have to crop these until December if I wish so I think they will have time to mature :)

Hi guys so I decided to really trim the isolated queen up and i trained her for one week to bring the tops out to get light I have also brought the ec down to 0.6 and the ph to 5.8 to try and sort her growth problems out I hope she can recover well and still produce alot even though I have chopped half the plant away. 👊 for the other queens I have set the ec at around 1.4 very high on the pk so I will allow them to take that up and then start flushing in 2 to 3 weeks :)

The pheno I got grew with a nice purple/pink color. The color seems less dramatic after drying and curing, but it's super frosty skunk goodness! Happy growing! Enjoy!

@TheUk420Show, At this point, I just want to learn as much as I can and keep shooting for the stars. I keep an eye out for opportunity and do my best to only hold on to positive thoughts. I am sure that things will fall into place for us both!
TheUk420Show
TheUk420Showcommented5 years ago
@FoTwenny, Yeah You also have to prioritise your life as well though yeah its great helping people but its having the time isn't it. I bet you would love nothing more than to set up your own warehouse somewhere and build a medical cannabis empire and helping the world. Plus if anybody could do it your only one business plan away from presenting that to a bank and the way the market is for Medicinal cannabis which is growing exponentially any bank would be stupid to turn down a slice of that pie. I'm not gunna lie and say I understand the licencing in your country. I don't but it seems that you have the knowledge and the experience to make a huge amount of money and help an unlimited amount of people. I have friends that would purchase the license to grow it legally even where I am from. What I lack is the land away from the general public which is what you need. IE a field in the middle of fields lol. If you have a bank backing you then you can pretty much build any system your heart desires :)

@TheUk420Show, I'm doing well, buddy. Hanging in. Getting cooler here in Canada as well but we've had a pretty nice fall I must say. I wish we could skip winter and head right into spring though 😉 Good luck with all of your projects! You've got lots to keep you busy. Look forward to seeing what colours your other strains put out. ✌️

TheUk420Showcommented4 years ago
@StunFlower, Hey Stun How's things :) Thank you My dwc friend :) I know right I have never had colour from bud this early on it really surprised me. I'm used to colour changing in the winter months but that's more of a very dark purple rather than how bright this is. Looks amazing I can see why people can get really into hemp photography when you can get some really interesting phenos :) I have so many colourful strains going at the moment so I hope this is just the first of many :) One of my outdoor plants came down a few days ago this went really dark purple due to the dramatic temp change for autumn the uk has and first frost is pretty unpredictable. I will put some photos up soon its just drying obviously :) Nice to hear from you bro and cheers for commenting. Keep it Green my friend :) 👊

IF THIS WOULD BE MY GROW.......................and its NOT a suggestion of any kind...............just another stoned guy trying to think................... i would put my air supply pump outside the tent and cover my hydroton with some black plastic bag......................... 1. it would prevent light going inside the bucket 2. it would prevent very moist air going up and eventually damage your plant i would also clean ALL the NUTS RESIDUE from the from the top of the lid now im gonna have another spliff and wonder somewhere else
TheUk420Show
TheUk420Showcommented5 years ago
@grzesiekkuzniak, Ahh clay pebbles. Yeah I have thought abbout covering them maybe I shall dig something out im not seeing anyy alge in my water so i dont think its a huge problem.
grzesiekkuzniak
grzesiekkuzniakcommented5 years ago
@TheUk420Show,hydroton are pebbles
TheUk420Show
TheUk420Showcommented5 years ago
@grzesiekkuzniak, Thanks for the input an i do want to stop that issure the pump is in the tent becasue the fresh air intakes are in the tents I thought to get most oxygen it would make sense to have the pumps in direct contact with fresh air rather than room air. What's a hydroton ? The buckets or the baskets ? I will be cleaning the lids when I replace the water next week. I know the reason its happening because the pumps are verry powerful and turn the top half of the buckets into a kind of aeroponics i think the residue on the top is down to the spray orr mist getting above the baskets it does not happen in the flower tent strangely. Im blazing through some star dawg about too cook my dinner life is good :)
Faroutman
Faroutmancommentedweek 55 years ago
The smaller size of those two plants will be partly due to a slower start and also less developed roots. There is always some variation in early development. But I'm sure you are underfeeding not overfeeding. Leaves on overfed plants have burnt looking edges. I would start those Hydrocrop nutes earlier... EC of 0.6 in week 3 and increase to EC 1.0 by week 5.
grzesiekkuzniak

@TheUk420Show,NOW U TALKIN
Faroutman
Faroutmancommented5 years ago
@TheUk420Show, You can also foliar feed the Hydrocrop nutrients. May be worth trying on the smaller plants to help them along. Take 1 litre of RO or deinoised water, adjust to pH 5.5 (foliar feed should be slightly more acidic than root feed), then add 2ml of stock solution A and the same of stock solution B. Fine mist spray so the leaves are wet but not dripping. Should be done at lights out when the leaf stomates are open. This is also a good way to get very young plants off to a good start, while their roots are developing.
TheUk420Show
TheUk420Showcommented5 years ago
@Faroutman, Cheers man I don't want to push the nutes too far at this stage as not to stump them I will raise the EC when they are slightly bigger :)
