Picture is recent. During week 3, I took the seedling fairly serious. Dragged out all the extra equipment I had stored.
The original strain has been grown by a local family since the mid to late 90's. Oh I can recall the fields of green. I want to say it was a Northern Light/ skunk mixture. A little closer to being a Sativa than Indica.
Late in 2009, the last of the OG's got sick and stored these seeds in the kitchen God rest his soul now, passed away early 2012, "FUCK CANCER!" is all I got to say.
My buddy came across these seeds doing an estate clear out, then lost the Mason jar himself up until this past May 2020.
All I did was pop it i to a house plant not thinking it was any good, it grew....gonna flash forward the next 5-6 weeks.
It was between weeks 4-7, I saw that this was indeed a strong plant. Around this time I had 2- ADK620 HAZE strong seedlings/ young plants. They were both around 10-16 inches in height. They sat in there respective 4" CowPots on my window still, I rotated them throughout the day to keep em moving upright, back and forth. I accidentally snapped over the main on 1, and knocked the other out of the pot. Great root system by this point, just did not want to see the roots like that.. ...laying bare on the floor.
I propped up the broken top the best I could. Transfer them both into a 1-5 gallon, Vivo-fabric, non woven pot.
Back filled with 75% Fox Farm Oceantic soil, 10% Pro-Mix, 10% Bio-char, and 5% coco coir.
I placed them both inside the tent and ran a 72-96 hour 12-12 flip from the usual 18/6.
1 showed a pair of nuts. Yanked him out faster than an illegal trying to jump the border....no offense meant by any means.........
Switched the remaining lady back to 18/6. Straight veg till I set up the cloner.
Still playing catch up in this diary app. I keep really good hand written notes in my "bible", but I do have the time......Theses are estimated at Week 9-11, roughly. Plenty of female preflowers covering the nodes. Really pretty up close...
In total, 6 master clones were successfully taken and are healthy, in the vegative cycle at 18/6 light cycle, 600W @75%
Had to do a flash forward. I am at week 12-14, lost track in the beginning g. Of course with this app, I can keep a virtual record to go along with my Growing Bible I have in journals.
The second set up, slightly larger, at 4'X4', so it is officially time to make the switch over. Time to watch this lucky lady shine..
"Good things to come for those who wait"
Progress was a bit slow this week. colder temperatures are rolling into the region. I expect to use these for a bit, hopefully, of vibrant coloring. Genes are from a Blueberry Lemon Haze variety.
Old timer gave me the seed, been growing this strain since the late 90's.
FLUSH WEEK!!!!!!.
Not much to report other than overly excites. She is a Suga Momma, for sure. the darker ones are clones that are 2-3 weeks behind the large plant. This was my training bush. No idea what to expect for potency, taste, and the yield is as expected as I did not try for a large yield. I brushed up on the plant training techniques. Real work starts now....
this plant was a brush up, knock the rust off type grow. Not mu c h attention was paid at all for the first 4 weeks of its life. It actually was in a house plant for a few weeks before I decided to transplant it.
Believe me much better information and photos to come with the next round. All pay attention now.
