Germination: 24h submerged on water; then 48h approximately on wet paper towel; and finally direct into the final pot. Soil is Canna Professional with 20% added perlite and 33 grams of RQS Easy Boost. I did a mistake where I didn’t put the maximum soil capacity of the pot and it’s probably gonna be a pain in the future with LST and defoliation. It germinated well and seems pretty healthy overall, I’m happy with how it’s going. D1: Tiny stem visible. D2: Cotiledons visible. D3: Stretched a little but its strong. D4: Grew a little. D5: - D6: 5,5cm with first set of true leaves. D7: Looking really healthy.

This week I tried to keep it simple, less is more afterall. Trying not to overwater. It grew pretty nice, I´m happy so far. D8: Growing well, 3 days without watering, trying not to overwater. D9: Three little dots on a leaf, probably needs watering. D10: Growing well. D11: Third set of true leaves visible. D12: Growing really well, 200mlof water. D13: - D14: Awesome grow, one of the new set has a leaf that doesn´t have a tip, not much worried.

D19: Watering day, 400ml with Bio-Grow. Growing really strong, will start LST soon. D20: Growing really well. D21: First set o 5 tips growing. According to breeder, 2-4 more weeks to flowering. Watering tomorrow probably.

This week the plant grew exceptionally well! My pH pen arrived on day 25 and now I´m able to measure pH properly. D22: Growing well. D23: 300ml with BioBizz Bio-Grow. D24: Growing well. Found 2 tiny thrips today. I´ll keep eyes for thrips, since the environment here is good for pests. D25: Started LST today. Let´s see how it goes for a first timer grower haha. D26: Great response to LST, but I still need a lot more practice. D27: Growing really well, shooters showing up, canopy is more even. Watered 0,5L of 2ml/L of Bio-Grow + 0,5L of ph´d water. D28: Awesome growth, great response to LST, shooters growing.

D29: Growing really well, 8 budsites so far. Very good response to the LST. D30: Defoliated 2 leaves that were completely blocking budsites and took out a shooter accidentally. D31: Main steam is a little higher than the rest of the canopy but not much. Defoliated another 5 leaves blocking budsites. Watered 1L of 1ml/L of Bio-Grow, + 1ml/L of Bio-Bloom + 0.5ml/L of Cal-Mag. pH 6,14 and runoff was 6,06. D32: Beautiful. Shooters developing well and main stem growing big. Another 2 gone leaves. D33: Pre-flowering definitely. Defoliated another 8 leaves, I need to keep an eye for the plant stress.. D34: Shooters and main steam growing well! Defoliated 3 leaves blocking budsites. D35: Growing big. Rearrenged the grow tent. Watered 1L of 1ml/L of Bio-Grow + 1ml/L of Bio-Bloom + 0,5ml/L of Cal-Mag. The week has been great. Awesome development for someone that had lots of fears about LST and defoliating..

D36: Growing really well but I´ll stop defoliating, I´m afraid of stressing the plant too much. D37: Decided to stop removing leaves but I had to take one that was blocking budsites out. D38: I think it´s starting to stretch (?), let´s see. Watered 1L of 1,5ml/L of Bio-Bloom + 0,75ml Top-Max. Forgot to regulate pH but it was 5.8. D39: Growing really nice. I counted about 31 budsites! Watering tommorow, probably. D40: Growing well. Some pistils are getting orange on the tips - I saw that it could be the plant preparing for the flowering stage -. Regular water pH´d 6,2. D41: Filling the center and sides really well! D42: Growing insanely well. The week was pretty good, so happy with the results! The only thing is I´ll start fertilizing again with a little of Bio-Grow in conjunction of Bloom and Top-Max.

Day 43 : Growing very well, pretty healthy and bushy. Today was watering day, 1L with the mixed nutrients. Day 44: Growing better than l expected! A little yellowing and contorting on tips, probably a little light stress and nutrient burn. Light is now 35cm away and should hold on the nutes for some time. Day 45: Growing really well! Getting way bigger and bushier than I anticipated. Anxious to see the future of the girl. Day 46: Stretching a little, no watering today. Tomorrow I´ll water with regular phd water since the leaves are looking really dark. Day 47: Watered 1.25L of 6.5 pH water, my pen is still uncalibrated (not sure if it’s broken, thankfully I have my color test). Looking pretty! Day 48: --- Day 49 - 31/August: Growing well, looking pretty good. Watered today with the nutrients. Any advice and comments are very much appreciated!!

What kind of deficiency or excess is this? I couldn´t find anything that matched it. It was from a bottom leaf that wasn´t getting much light and was pretty close to the soil. TIA!

Hi mate, what you see is nature. Its normal for these first leaves to die as the plant flowers. Normally around week 10 all big fan leaves should be dead. Checked from you diary the whole of the plant and looks great. Nothing to worry here. Hope was helpful.

Day 50 (September 1st): Looking awesome! No watering today, just tomorrow. I´ll may stop the nutes for another week, it seems to have a little burned tips. Took out one fan leaf that was blocking some budsites. Day 51: Watered with 6-6.5 pH water (used the color thing since my pen is still uncalibrated). Looking great. Day 52: No watering today, looking beautiful! Day 53: Watered with nutrients, raised calmag to 1ml/L and top-max to 2ml/L. Looking beautiful. Found some tiny tiny thrips and used Total Explosion on leaves. Day 54: -- Day 55: Normal watering, looking good. Found one survivor thrip and might have to use Total explosion again. Defoliated some bottom leaves. Brought lights down about 4-5 cm

Hey there, unfortunately my friend this is magnesium deficiency. This you can see from the yellowing on the sides of the leaf. This is not due to the nutrients actually but the light schedule. 18hs means the plant goes in photosynthesis "overdrive" meaning it needs more magnesium per day than normal. overtime you find a deficiency. To stop the problem from spreading add calmag more regularly as well as lower the light schedule as much as you're comfortable with. Remember : THC and Terpenes degrade with light meaning less light often means more potent product 😉 Hope this helps 🚀

Very slight nuet damage. Reduce the nitrogen slightly by dropping Bio-Grow to half current dose. Watch new growth, sugar leaves etc

September 8th Day 57: Watering with nutrients, removed Bio-Grow, I’ll evaluate if I’m keeping it or not. A little problem with thrips but I’m getting to it. Heavy defoliation today. Day 58: No watering today, they had some still. Still some thrips problems, so I watched every leaf I could closely and defoliated a little. Day 59: No watering still Day 60: Watered with regular water. Still thrips in there, more light defoliation and sprayed Total Explosion (1ml/250ml). Growing pretty. Day 61: No watering. Looking great. The thrips seem to be much less but still there´s some to get rid of. Buds are looking good 😋 Day 62: Watered with regular water. There are some leaves showing some deficiencies, later this week my new pH pen will arrive and I will correct the pH given since the deficiencies are probably because of not controlled pH. Still some thrips... Day 63: No watering. Thrips seem to be going away. There´s still some, ofc, but in some days I´ll hopefully get rid of them all.

Its all good. Just gets less light than the upper canopy. Also, the plant stops using nitrogen in the lower fan leaves first, its why they start falling of at the bottom later in life

D64 - SEP 15 : Watered with 6-6.5 pH water ( waiting for my new pen to arrive still, so I´m using the color test ). Still some thrips, I´m getting mad at those things. Looking good, I lowered the light and it seemed to have suffered a little so I raised it right back up even further than it was before. Defoliated some leaves today. D65: No watering, growing well. Still some thrips but there´s less of them. D66: So, today I´m really excited, my new pen arrived ( one that is waterproof so I don´t break it again ), the microscope too, Bio-Heaven, Fish-Mix and new substrate for the next grows. Still some thrips but I´m getting rid of them! A little defoliation. Looking reaaal good. Watered with the nutrients at 6.2 pH. D67: Looking really good. It have fattened up really nice since the last watering. I didn´t find thrips today so yeah, I think their time to go is coming. No watering today. D68: Found one little trhip today but that was it thankfully. Took out some of the dying fan leaves. Looking really beautiful. Thrics aren´t mature yet, I´m looking foward to 70% cloudy - 30% amber. No watering again, they didn´t drank that much this last 2 days. D69: Did a flush to clear any salt and nutrients buildup. Also learnt that the pots can keep a lot more water than I previously imagined. Then watered with 1L~ of the nutes mix, at 6.2pH. D70: Last day of the week and I´m extremely happy with the results so far. Last 2-3 nights were very cold and humid and the buds got a little purple on it!! It´s only on the leaves but it looks awesome (idk if it will be easy to see on the pictures). No watering since it has a lot still.

D71 - SEP 22: Looking and smelling great. Haven´t seen much growth since the last 5 days or so, but it fattend up really well and it´s really dense, insanely dense. Thricomes developing, soon to be harvested :) D72: Now it´s time to mature, I don´t see any significant growth, only thricomes developing. No watering, it still has a lot. Humidity is really high these last 2 days, being around 50 - 70% rH. D73: No watering yet. No signs of any more thrips, thankfully. Seems to have fattened a little. D74: Maturing well, thricomes getting mostly cloudy and amber. No watering, tomorrow probably. D75-D77: Been a little off of GD for these past days. The tent is looking good in general, no thrips anymore, temps and rH are good. Watered with nutrients on day 76. Thricomes are really close to harvest and I´m really impacient but I´m trying to wait for it to get more amber 😄

D78 - SEP 29: Watered with 6.2 pH water. Looking awesome, I couldn´t ask for anything else. It smells great, looks insane and is super dense. The purple on the top leaves are incredibly beautiful. D79: No watering. She seems to be growing again, its thricomes were about 90% cloudy and now its showing new growth and thricomes are like 75% cloudy and 20% clear, which is strange for me. I´ll wait for it to get completely mature to harvest. D80: Looking great, seems like the growth is slower and thricomes are developing once again. No watering. D81: Looking insanely beautiful. I´ll probably be chopping her today, thricomes seem pretty ready. Look for more info on harvest. Thanks for reading!

So, a week ago the thricomes were looking almost ready, pretty much 90% cloudy and 10% clear. Now I checked it and it looks less mature, the thrics are looking 75% cloudy, 20% clear and 5% amber. Also, it looks like it is developing new growth after a week of no apparent growth.

The new growth and trichomes changing are because the plant has more than likely went too long, looks like she wants to start fox tailing. Hopefully, I answered your question and remember Happy Growing and Free your mind one puff at a time.

Bud wet weight : 168,1g of trimmed medium to big sized buds 25,4g of tiny tiny buds/larfs = 193.5 grams of trimmed wet buds. Details on genetics and smoke report above. This, as my first grow, is way more than I ever expected it to be. I haven´t had that much fun and enthusiasm in a very very long time. I can´t even explain the feeling it is to harvest your own cannabis, but I know most of you know what I´m talking about haha. It was really nice to practice LST, even tho it was SO HARD, ´cause I didn´t had barely any space to work since I used a hard pot and did not fill nearly half the size of it and the walls of the pot were really high. It was even difficult to water without dropping water on the lower buds. I haven´t learnt much about defoliation tho, I feel I need to study a little more about the phases you should or should not do it. Also, I discovered thrips are a pain in the ass. I had 2 tough weeks dealing with thrips, but in the end it was alright. I don´t have any humidity control device, which I intend to buy for the next grows. Growdiaries was really helpful for me, it kept me motivated everyday (not that I wouldn´t have had it anyways), the Grow Questions are REALLY useful and all the community is awesome. Thanks to all people that helped me here on GD during this first grow! To conclude it: I am really happy and satisfied with how the grow turned out. They look incredible, it almost feels like I can´t believe it still. Peace. UPDATES: 07/10 : The buds are now dry and already in curing jars, one of them with a Boveda 58% humidity pack. The total grams of the dry buds are: 41.4g (medium to big sized buds) 4.1g (tiny buds) = 45.5 grams! I´m really happy with the results, I thought it would be around 30g so yeah, that´s a really good surprise! In 2 weeks I´ll be back to update the smoke report. Thanks so much for reading! Peace. 09/10 : I managed to fit everything in the same container with some space between them, so now every bud is with the Boveda pack. 14/10: It´s been a week and the smell improved, it still smells a little like hay/plant ( even tho it´s not too dry neither too wet ). 21/10: Now it´s been two weeks and even tho the smell isn´t anymore hay, it´s a lot herbal. I really think the aroma can get better, but the taste is already good enough for me. The smoke report has been done and in case I have something to add, I´ll report here. Thank you so much for reading! Peace.
