Hello I'm back with my 2nd run, this time I'm doing 2 strains and have a sister diary going for double grape x Skywalker(Mace Windu)
This will be the first time I'm running auto flowers and mephisto genetics and im pretty excited!
With covid I had to get some local steam treated soil I mixed with extra perlite, not super optimal but see how she goes!
Weeks went fairly well, leaf tips were getting quite dark green, being my 2nd grow im unsure the exact problem, could be too much nitrogen, which I find unlikely so I assumed its a mag deficiency. There's some mag in my biogrow and none in the root juice so I switched it up. Gonna slowly increase the amount and maybe add some calmag. I can almost see a pistol or 2 on my other 2 autos, so I think next week could be preflower for these guys!
Seems I haven't been feeding quite as much as they want, still ramping the nutes up. Lots of preflowers showing day 28 so I'm gonna consider this the last week of veg!
showing a bit more of a progressed deficiency I think, assuming its due to me not feeding a micro, I may have to add something to my feeding next go around, I increased calmag some more.
For about 3 days the girls had to move environment temporarily receiving 24hrs light, then moved back home. They honestly took the moves pretty good, not too much stress has shown, but growth did slow down, see how it goes!
Seem to be growing strong again, always learning. Next grow id love to prolong veg with maybe less stressful changes such as moving them to a different environment for 3 days haha. Gonna slow down on grow nutes but keep calmag up, seems to be helping the new leaves
Growing steady, small chonky girls. These may be done sometime in the next 2-3 weeks it appears, 3-4 for my mace windus.
Been feeding pkboost from the same line as my bloom every other water.
Not really any Amber's in the trichs yet on the buds, some on sugar leaves. Still pushing out a fair bit of white pistols, looks like about a week left so no more PK boost. Gonna feed straight PHd water! Can't wait!
I really enjoyed growing these plants, they both had a nice fade by harvest and were completely covered in trichomes, couldn't be happier with appearance. After a little over a week of drying at 50-55% rh and about 2 weeks in the jar I've started to dabble, and wow the smoke is incredible. The terps in the darker one just pop, and really put me to sleep with some dry eyes, the lighter colored pheno is really relaxing and takes the worries away. Both strongly indica influenced in my opinion and just what I was looking for! Well done mephisto! Nice freebie
