Week 3. Fruit is going really nicely. Healthy, deep green and plenty of growth through the week. It’s not very spread out and the leaves are all quite close together. Probably normal for this strain I guess, but topped just after the pics for the first time in the hope it spreads out a bit from here. Another week of nice weather, a few showers here and there, ideal. Might begin the nutes this week. I’m heading away for a few days so they will go into a mates care till next weekend. 🍻
Ooow yes 😲😎
That looks good hey! Plant and shade house!
Much better than my box, at least that this is arched. I can mock around doing the sides to get that arched shape 😂
I see now why you think my joint is away from prying eyes too lol
Well done mate 👍
Hell yeah boy!! 👍😎 What happened with shake and mix diluted leachate and castings?? 😁😂 Glad you looked into it, any noticeable differences after 24h brewing/before use vs before?? Very nice job on the LST structure, well done sir! 👍
@Shooey, if it was already booming with the leachate (or did you mean the aerated tea?) regardless you are in for a treat my friend 👍 Looking forward to seeing the results!! Good man ✌️
@Smartie, thanks mate. Yeah after you mentioned the leachate I looked into it. It seems to have its place but you want to be careful with it. The bottle I got from a relative seemed to help but when I opened it the other day it reeked badly. I knew immediately not to use it anymore. I found a good podcast called grow from the heart, these guys from Colorado talk about growing. They get a bit carried away but the organic and outdoor episodes had so much info. They keep coming back to worm castings and how they really stand alone against any bottled formulas. It has really boomed, to the point where I wonder if the tea was a bit “hot” because of all the bright green bursting from the new areas. Will keep learning and adjusting quantities to find my sweet spot.
Also on the LST,, it’s a $5 laundry basket from Kmart! I just cut the prongs open on the bottom and fold out. These spike into the soil and hold it in place. It’s so handy mate,,. This plant might not reach the scrog wire at the top, but it helps support and spread em out.
Cheers Smartie! 🍻
