Week 1 was a little weird one. I had to grow my plant in a little temporary set up because my grow tent had my last harvest drying in there. Now its the end of week 1 and this new baby is settled in the grow tent. I am using a quantum board 150w but I have it dimmed down to 65w. I have high hopes for this plant as my last harvest was very sub par but that's due to my part in last grows plant care.
This week was nice plant is now really getting into veg. Ran into the first round of issues though. I recently found little white bugs on my girl and have proceeded to use some diatomaceous earth, which is all the white powder on the top soil. I killed several tiny bugs on it and I hope the powder kills the rest around the top soil. Other than the little pest issue this grow is going great! Gonna increase power to the light and introduce a little CO2 to the set up for week 3.

This week was great! Amnesia auto is growing like a weed! This week I top dressed the plant with with a total of 1 table spoon of Dr. Earth veg, bloom, and all purpose mix. I have never grown just using organic dry amendments before but I am really loving this grow and the plant is loving the organics too. Bug situation is not out of hand yet I have not seen too many recently but will continue to check and use diatomaceous earth. I have also been using some additives on this grow; just recharge, orca mycho, humic acid, kelp, and some molasses for the microbes. I have also top dressed this plant with a product I bought a little while back called HomeGrown Bokashi. They have a seed to harvest dry amendment kit that I am using but it did not to well on its own last time that is why I am using Dr. Earth as well.
First Half of Week 4 Update:
Gonna do bi weekly updates now because I am so excited about this here grow! My baby here is looking so good on this first half of week 4 as compared to my previous grow. Foliage is really green with this all organic grow. It is a little concerning that PPM runoff is starting to read really low; last watering was at 220. I did feed last week 1 tablespoon of Dr. Earth, a nice formula and there is no signs of deficiencies. Growth only seems slow but when I look at her closely top shoots are growing in quite rapidly. I guess it works different when you feed the soil as opposed to giving bottled nutes straight to the roots. Been giving this girl mostly plain water this week. Gave it some more mycorrhiza because its just about ready to show sexing and its gonna need to break down the organic phosphorus. Cant wait to update the end of week 4!
Second Half of Week 4 Update:
The rest of this week went really well no troubles have popped up aside from some older leaves starting to die off, however this is due to my handling of the plant; she's really bushy. My girl has finally showed her sex! She is female of course and in week 5, I can expect to see some transitioning. By the end of week 5 I imagine this girl will start to go into stretch and develop top sites. I plan to get more additives to promote the bloom cycle, I would really like to get some Mammoth P I have seen very good reviews. I have learned so much from my fails in the last grow and this time around I want to end up with some dank and juicy buds!
This week went great gave the girl more flowering nutrients. Defoliated a little bit and took off lower bud sites. Flowering has started and bud sited are looking great and foliage still looks green. Can't wait too see the buds develop further.
This week went by pretty fast and with seemingly no troubles. I did very little this week aside from watering of course. I gave this girl some molasses and just yesterday I gave it more recharge and some Mammoth P. Instructions say to give Mammoth P once a week so I will be doing that until harvest. A few hicks ups are that I think some fungus gnats have found their way in. When I watered yesterday I found and killed like 5 but I am sure that is not all of them. Also, some bigger bottom leaves have been yellowing and dying off I don't believe its deficiency though because the leave tips are a bit burnt so I gave them a little to much Dr. Earth. I will see how this next weeks goes though the buds should start thickening up so I will increase the light intensity from 100wat to 120wat as its final flowering light.
This week got me a little depressed cuz deficiencies came up and I though it was the end for this grow. It was looking pretty bad for a whole week but week 8 is looking a lot better with bud development. Week 8 ends today Sunday 22nd, so I will be updating later on.
A little late update on week 8 as well. This week I have seen some nice development on all the colas. Sadly I gave it some nutrient burn, however the addition of chemical nutes did salve some other issues that kept this plant packing on the buds. Week 9 is looking real good so far and I am hoping to finish this grow on week 10.
Edit: Started using advanced nutrients this week.
This week looked pretty good. At this last state I am just waiting for the plant to go into the finer development of its buds. It is harvestable already but the whole let it go for 2 more weeks has its merits. I might chop it down at the end of week 10 though, I cant wait. :)
Electric bill comin in at the end of flower is never a decent sight to behold LOL. However, this plant has been great, I was planning to chop it by the end of this week but I am gonna let it go for one more week of just flushing. It has gotten chunk compared to last week and I know it still has a bit more to show, I cant wait to taste it! Next grow is gonna be epic too, got it all planned out. New plant is gonna be in a 3 gallon pot because I want it to fill our the space this time for then juicy wields!
A little late on this update but everything went well on the final week of this plant. Plant is not harvested and drying in the grow tent, I believe tomorrow I can jar up all the buds but first I got trim everything. I will update the harvest after several days because life has been tough recently with COVID-19 and other unforeseen misfortunes. I also wanna get the dry weight and some more pictures together for the final update on this run.
Grow was difficult but I am still learning. This harvest update is long overdue but I am back! These buds came out frosty but it defenitly lacks the quality of a good grow. Several things went wrong and I am now a better grower because of it. I have another grow going on that I will post soon, very excited about it.
