Repotted the plants into a 17l pot each, with good soil and expanded clay this time. Unfortunately i ripped many roots of the plants while extracting them from the small pots, i had to foilar feed and keep them in shade at high humidity for a couple of days; they look fine now. I also started adding some general purpose vegetative nutrients. I hope they will start growing big soon enough.

In the last week of my diary i posted some images of sex organs of my plants. Since i'm new to this and i dont want to fuck up i want to recognize the sex of my plants since i want a sinsemilla harvest. Can you help me sorting the plants's sex out? If male, should i cut them?

Hey there so females will look elongated and pointy, eventually a wispy hair will pop out, males are short and rounder almost like a spade on a card deck. It looked like you've got some of both in your space. If you can get the men out do so and quickly, if you wish to save their pollen get the men to a secure place, because once that pollen hits the air...Whoowee god help us all. I love that you're doing bag seed, how brave of you being that you're new to this. :)

You're doing very well! This plant will yield quite well. Your feelings about the sparsity of buds are well founded however. Improvement upon your technique would be easy for the next go-round, and some of the things you can implement now. Depending on how much room you have, making the plant even wider (tying the branches down a inch or so outside the rim of the pot, would make a lot more light to a lot more of those nodes. Defoliate so that the middle gets a lot more light, as many sites as possible, without doing too much at once and shocking it. It helps a lot to start in vegetation so that it becomes accustomed to the pruning. Lollipop more aggressively based on how far your light is penetrating into the canopy. Next grow... eliminate the nodes that are destined to need to be chopped while they're still tiny, so all the plants energy goes into productive nodes.

@NewbieMJ00, oh trust me the 3W LED blues had me in their clutches and terrible penetration caused me no end of pruning. I feel you on waiting until next grow, though. Sometimes you just need the meds too much to want to risk stressing it.

@Jaindoh, thank you for your advices. I really really appreciate them. I'll try to do better with my next grow; since this is my first one, i did not want to shock the plant with too much defiloation or pruning. I tried to tie some branches outwards but i cant anymore since my grow space is very limited; hopefully mylar reflecting walls help the lateral branches get some extra light. I have to improve alot on light penetration, since my 3W led diodes are quite weak and cant penetrate more than 15cm downwards in the foliage at the moment.

Looks like you got more like 2-3 weeks left. You could start flushing, or you could feed it the post-main-flower-phase, and weaker, nutrient levels. Maybe once or twice before you stop. Due to the fact that you're in soil, the end effect of feeding it another week probably would only make it less yellow at the end. In my experience, I doubt it will improve your yield or quality. They do need nutrients during this stage, but the soil's loaded with them. Even if they finish slower than 2-3 weeks it's almost certainly fine, and the worst you need to do is go "okay they look like they still have 2 weeks left, I'm gonna feed them once and then resume flushing".

First grows are scary, but exciting! Liked and followed! She's ready to flower! Should produce nicely for your light setup. Let us know if you have any other questions =)

Sugars often have really low pH, but you’re almost at harvest and I wouldn’t panic over dying fan leaves. You may have used too much. Now that you’ve flushed her so thoroughly you want her to dry out. If keaves curl up and dry out remove them. Trim them all in advance of harvest when the triches are anbering near where you want. They will continue to after harvest. You’ll do fine I can tell. Enjoy I screenshot your close up and zoomed in on it. You have a lot of white pistils, and the overall tone of the trichomes is white not amber. She’s not done, but soon. If you intend to keep growing invest in a digital microscope. $40

@NewbieMJ00, Vinegar is not ideal for pH lowering. I’m not sure why but my girls never liked it. I use muriatic acid. One gallon will last a lifetime. I use a small funnel and pour it in a one ounce eye dropper bottle. It takes about 8 drops to adjust 2 gallons of my water. It’s caustic so take precautions when transferring and using.

@growdoctordc, thank you for your helpful reply. Yes, my intent is to let her dry out now that i've definitely overwatered and trim off the burnt leaves. I also have a 20x lens that i use to check the trichomes and they still looked transparent to me, maybe i'm just wrong. What i cannot understand is why my ph went so low, i used 1 teaspoon of molasses per gallon of water and i adjusted the ph with vinegar to 6.2. Something went wrong i guess. ii think im not gonna use sugars anymore for this run, just plain PHed water.

Don't forget, flowering period starts with actual formation (by your photos, the week 10 update). I myself made this mistake on a diary or two and counted them from where ( changed the lights. This will effect the expected harvest date, often by 2-3 weeks. All those white hairs make me think you have a bit longer than you'd expect. All the more reason to only harvest by trichome. They may be white when it's ripe, may be orange, may be starting to darken.

@Jaindoh, i'm gonna try to harves based on the trichome like you said, since pistils are often not reliable for checking the ripeness. I have a 20x magnification lens i'm gonna use to check her daily until i'm satisfied with the ripeness
