PEV - Blueberry Auto

thanks to PEV for providing the seeds for my new autoflower grow.. this one here will be the diary of the Blueberry Autoflowering and there is another diary for the Amnesia Lemon Autoflowering.. germination was easy and i put them into 7 liter pouches with Plagron.

day 8 means start of week 2: she’s not growing as fast as the Amnesia Lemon auto that she’s sharing her lifecycle with (that one takes off like crazy), but that wasn’t expected.. she’s still doing well and everything is fine..

day 15, new week: she has a rather short internodal space when i compare her with the other strains, but that doesn’t matter to me.. still she looks good to me and all seems to be fine.. day 16: i started some lst

day 22: a new week is starting again.. the lst has been made, so she stays very low to the ground for being able to provide the most amount of light to the lower branches..

day 29 and she’s definitely into flowering already.. right now she’s still getting vegetative nutrients until the growth spurt has set in and stopped, then she’ll be switched over to bloom nutrients

day 36 is yet again the beginning of a new week.. just like with the amnesia-lemon so far everything seems to go fine.. i raised the amount of nutrients a bit, as she was turning some of the older leaves a bit yellowish, which indicates a lack of nitrogen. This week she’s still on growth-nutrients, which are needed for the growth spurt

day 43 and the last week wasn’t very special.. she’s doing well and seems to enjoy the nutrients she’s getting. i have switched over to bloom now, as i don’t think that there will be any further growth spurt.

day 50 and yet another week has passed.. this past week i changed from growth-nutrients to bloom nutrients, as there doesn’t seem to be any further growth in height, and she can focus on flowering..

day 57 and it’s a new week.. there’s not much to say, other than she’s doing well.. she currently gets watered with about half a liter every 2nd day and it seems to be ok for her

day 64 and she looks like she’s going to be ready really soon.. the trichomes aren’t quite there yet, but it can only be a matter of “not too long anymore”

it’s day 71 and she’s almost ready to be harvested.. i still wait until the trichomes have shown the right coloring, which now should only be a matter of days.. i’ve seen in the past that this sometimes can get dragged out a bit, but here you just have to have some patience..

checked the trichomes and a nice percentage has turned amber, so i decided to harvest her, as well as the amnesia lemon that she shared her life with.. am looking forward to drying and curing her
