Are they clouding up finally?! Finally getting a liiiittle bit of pistils curling.
I'm watching like a hawk.
Still a little frustrated with the foxtailing, but seeing it's my first indoor grow, first hydro run, and second over all grow -- I can't complain much.
Let's see if she can finish up this week, or needs another. Not flushing.
Wednesday March 3: Added a few microscope shots. Still waiting!
March 4: Res change. Last week of GH Trio formula (that's not flush) I reduced calmag and armor si and it came out to around 650ppm, pH'd to 5.8.
Finally seeing some fall colors coming through, woot!
March 6: More nanners. I think it's chop time. It's maybe a little early, I want a more cerebral buzz, headier buzz anyway. And it's for sure riper than my outdoor was (where I live weather forces the chop). Added my final scope photo, and the nanners.
I'm in about day 19 of flower and a deficiency just showed itself in the last day or so. It's in the last 3 photos of week 3 of flower in my journal. Any ideas on what it is and how I could mitigate the problem? Grow has been essentially flawless up to this point, thanks!!
Ur update intel is solid - if this is only presenting on a couple leaves than I wouldn’t up the calmag at all. If ur ph flux is only running low day by day than it could just be the imbalance with what the plant is taking in vs. What’s leftover in the res. She’ll be drinking a lot in week 3 of flower. Don’t change a thing and definitely give er a snip👍. Beauty knuckle on that bitch👌👍
Nice growI I see you only grew one plant? I've grown a few of this strain and found the stretchy foxtailing to be pheno dependant. Some are like yours and some more dense. The denser ones finish faster too, 9-10 weeks.
I grew this BD from Nirvana a few years ago, and so many times think about getting it again. Massive producer, colors, effect, and ease of growing make this one an all time top 10 for me. Comming along nicely. That thing is going to be a beast!
You are about a week ahead of me. It's my first grow ever...doing dwc, led's, GH nutrients...my plants are really stout and bushy like yours. Thick stems, tight nodes. Your posts are like glimpse into my near future lol. Your plants look really happy.
@Half_Baked_Ben, looks like we've got the stocky bunch! Sorry to hear about your hermie's, bummer. At least you've got more going! Man, I had to defoliate so hard too, kinda made me nervous, but I think it's way for the better.
@cheetobreath, End of my third week of flower was 2 days ago. I defoliated quite a bit because the plants were sooooo bushy. The seem happy now. I have one plant, however, that went hermie. I took a break from work today to move that one into it's own tent. I have 2 girls from Ethos seeds that look just like yours...minus a week or two. Short and stout with a lot of tops :).

@flamstaa, oops! I thought you were replying to a different strain. But that's also nice to know about this grow!!!! I thought it was definitely my fault with it foxtailing! Interesting, and again, thanks!
@flamstaa, thanks for chiming in about your experience with the strain! Cool. That's good to know. Yep, just one big plant. I really got to get some experience with that sativa structure with her, good fun. Hopefully grow another one of these days, but for now.... Plenty of Maui Waui in the house. Thanks and ✌️
Fantastic canopy👍 How many weeks does the breeder advise finishing time? I was thinking of trying this one myself.
Real big looking buds for relatively low wattage use👍
@Esoteric_growing, thanks!!! I think they say 8-9. I'm on week 10 of flower, so... Maybe a bit happy of an estimate on their part. I guess it could also be the pheno? I'm unsure.
@heizen, thanks a bunch! ...feel free to ask away if you have any question. I'm still learning, it's only my second grow, and my first indoor grow. But, really enjoying it.
