Njanne The tap root was a real beauty... no trouble at all with germination. IT was super quick too... two days from soak to long tap root. Easy transfer to the pot... now we wait for the first set of leaves.

Njanne This week flew by so fast... I hardly payed any attention to her LOL. She's just chugging along. The early veg is always so boring >.< I gave her a very weak solution of veg nutrients and she's a happy camper.

Njanne I found spider mites in my grow room. I have a tonne of work to do now to clean it out and treat my plants with detergent insecticide spray. This lady had only a few insects on her... I think she's going to be just fine.

Njanne We suffered a spider mite infection, but this plant has responded well to treatment. She's doing well all things considered!

Njanne She's looking really good! She's growing nicely, and the flowers are shaping up very nicely. I'm giving her a bit of extra calmag, and I'm watching to see how her root health holds up.
Spider mite is not really an insect. If your insecticide work then it is great.
I used microbes and later found out that I also need to use a “sticking agent” to make microbes stay on the plants.
Death to spider mites!!!
Hi @Njanne, icrobes generally have short effect on plant. For heavy infestation, it need to be sprayed every three days. And I sprayed three rounds. It’s not as simple as chemical.
It comes as powder and need to be mix with water used with a holding agent/surfactant/sticking agent.
My favorite for Spider mite is a beneficial fungus call Beauvaria bassiana.
Recently, I neglected spider mite for three weeks. And then infestation became became really bad. They even made webs.
I like these microbes because they are safe. I don’t mind the extra cost because I’ll be either smoking or eating my weed. And it is even possible to raise the microbes on bread or rice.
Maybe is the light and mag deficiency the leaves curl up and this is from light its my opinion .. what watts you run in this stage ? And add some calmag .. keep it up !! Good luck brother
@Njanne, if your lights don't have a dimmer option I recommend getting a plug that you can manage the Watt output from. You can get a duel pack dirt cheap and they work great that will dim your lights so they aren't too intense
The issue with the leaves are one of 2 things,
1. Light too close
2. Not enough calmag in your mix as using coco u need that bit extra as tho coco loves to absorb calmag
Boost your humidity too to the 50-60 mark, the damaged leaves won't go back to a healthy colour it's the new growth you want to be looking at, try using 10ml of calmag per 10L
