I’m starting to use mega crop 2 parts but I’m modifying it to my needs. This is the list of salts in the mix Magnesium sulfate, calcium sulfate, potassium sulfate, MPK and silica dioxide. Plus sulfuric acid to balance PH. As you can see I’m using lot of sulfur, my nutrient solution smells like thermal water from volcanoes. Today I spotter some leaves’s with brown tips, It’s probably still related to P deficiency. I’m going to lower K since it antagonize P absorption and last week was so high that could have caused minor toxicity. I’m also flushing just to be safe there are no salts buildups. Here is the PPM count N 90 P 100 K 240 Ca 160 Mg 90 S 113 Si 22 Day 50 - yeah I’m probably having K toxicity, I found more leaves with black tips, I hope the wash I did yesterday + lowering K in this week feedings are enough to stop the spreading. Day 51 - looks like damage on leaves is progressing very slowly. I have refilled the reservoir with ph water, the plant is receiving a ~25% less stronger feeding now. The smell is sooooo very good!! Day 52 - damage is spreading on more leaves. I lowered lights by a few cm, maybe the plant needs more energy to burn all the nutes. Day 53 - damage is spreading today too, I’ll add more ph water to the reservoir to lower my nutrition solution to 50% strength. Day 54 - plant seems fine, I can’t see new damages on leaves so I’m going to start feeding again with megacrop (less N) magnesium and silica. Day 55 - huge ph swing for a couple of hours, plant is drinking more.
