Changing from a 18 to 20 light schedule this week. Bumping up the strength from 25 to 37 percent of recommended on the Advanced Nutrients site. My first Hempy Bucket not here on GD showed signs of nitrogen deficiency.
Me too!!
:)
This is my first time with this strain, the seeds arrived about 10 days ago.
I selected it due to claimed yields and THC level. I'm new to Hempies but I think I can manage it. @bobo420,
Congratulations on a successful harvest on the grow diary platform :)
Let her dry and cure then you'll have some pure fire on your hands :)
Enjoy that dank and frosty Dinafem goodness ;)
Thanks for a great diary my friend and I'll catch you with the final weigh in and some dry bud shots would be greatly appreciated ;)
All the best
Mark..
@2x4grow420, congratulations mate and so glad you are happy with the end product.
From the pictures out looks like pure fire you do have to let us know what she smokes and tastes like when the time comes :)
Enjoy that hard earned harvest and I'll see you on your next Dinafem or HSO adventure ;)
All the best
Mark..
Thanks for your comments Mark. She has been harvested and has another day to dry still but I think I'm going to have about a 4 ounce yield on this plant. I'm very pleased. :) @DinafemSeeds,
Nicely done mate! 110 g on a plant is really good :) Too bad that Hempy Bucket thing is so big, i'd like to try it! Results are decent! Enjoy the smoke!
I used 2 liquid gallon buckets but Hempy Bucket can be done in any size container. Bigger plants may not be much benefit in a micro style grow but for my closet it's working great. On a separate diary I just got 152 grams from a Six Shooter in a Hempy Bucket where my highest beforehand in soil was like 98. . @AxlWeed,
I'm sorry for the delay in responding I am not always able to navigate the comments on this app. I don't have the skill of a 20 year old with an Android. :)
The buds were definitely bigger in week 10 than 8.
My experience with Autos is limited but it seems like after the end of the 4th week of flowering most of the growth is finished.
@Wendall85,
You will be surprised at how much difference that extra 2 hours of light will make :)
Showing steady growth and a nice happy, healthy looking plant :)
Nice work my friend and thank you for the diary update!
All the best
Mark..
@2x4grow420, 20 hours is perfect for autos. 18 hours is just not enough and 24/0 imo all plants need some dark time. 20/4 is doing a fantastic job and will not fail you mate :)
All the best
Mark..
Thanks Mark! I'm so glad you commented on the 20 hour switch. I did a search for pros and cons and never saw what I would consider to be a reliable side by side comparison. The only negative feedback I encountered was the opinion it was not worth spending the extra electricity cost for the improved yield. I found nothing to say there was anything bad that happened when done at 20 hours. When I looked at the market value of what I'm growing and my limited grow space it seemed wise to try to take advantage of every trick out there. I hope you have a great day! @DinafemSeeds,
Looking delicious !!! If you're interested in watching some auto's gown in organic living soil with minimal salt nutrients, take a peek at my 3 new diaries!!
Thanks! I hope you don't mind if I do the same. I'm new on GD as well as have gone from growing photo periods under HID to auto-flowers under LED. Still going through growing pains here. Best of luck with your grow, looking forward to following your progress. @Endriu,
Welcome on GD mate
I think you will love this WW, it was the first one I tried and even with a lot of mistakes and a nitrogen deficiency during the stretch, she gave me a really good harvest with a great taste
Dinafem is a very good breeder and their strains are fantastic 👌
I wish you the best 👊
Thanks so much for your comment. I appreciate your time spent. I have seen Dinafem in top 3 seed companies a couple of times. This strain was selected for yield and THC level. I hope she lives up.
I agree she definitely is running out of feed so I would increase feed and add some high nitrogen and calcium feed :)
A lot of growers stop vegative feed in the flower stage but in my opinion it is still needs that why I give one veg feed per week during bloom :)
Apart from that the buds are swelling up and trichome production looks good :)
Nice update mate ;)
All the best
