So I started a new purple lemonade since I had a pretty good time growing it last time and it was my last fast buds seed, this run I switched to 3 gallon pots and I’m going to try to top it once during week two and try to lst better this time since I failed last time and I know my last two purple lemonades both hit 36 inches from pot, first week went great 20 hours in water then straight to soil and it was out of soil by second day
This week has went pretty smooth I foliar fed fish mix on day 9 and day 13, first nutrients to soil on day 13 as well as a topping, I included a day 14 picture, she seems to be doing fine with the topping still growing but seems to have slowed down vertically which is good cause my last purple lemonades were monsters at 36 inches from pot hoping to lst within the next few days
This week has went pretty smooth, this plant took a topping very well I’ve been foliar feeding every watering as well as normal nutrients 1ml per liter adding great white in every 7 days, from my last run I know this next week should explode with growth but I am hoping it will be more bush style instead of tree , this time I plan to lst but only side branches for better placement
This week I’ve had a pretty big problem I believe it was a overwatering at the start of week and possible nitrogen toxicity I’ve slowed down the fish mix and I skipped a day of nutes I think I’ll keep going with the flower nutes and really slow down the fish mix they are starting to look a little better today on last day of the week so hopefully next week the droop will go away I’m pretty worried about messing up my yields by ruining this week
This week has went pretty smooth these plants are very hardy all my other plants have shown nitrogen toxicity except this one it’s a little dark but is showing no clawing or thin leaves like the others, it’s just super healthy no matter what I do it did seem to stretch a good deal this week but I think the topping helped slow it down, my lights are a little high for now but I have them at about 90 percent which is around 50 watts a square foot so I’m gonna let them grow into it and slowly lower as time goes on
This week has went by fast, plant has stopped stretching and is focusing on creating bud, this is going to be a purple pheno it looks great so far I did some defoliation mid week but she has already filled back in, hoping to see some awesome bud growth this upcoming week
Well this week I did a minor defoliation mid week and I have also had a small magnesium deficiency showing which I did add epsoms in a hope to combat that before it’s too bad, I’m getting great color so far on this plant it’s turning out even better then my last one I cannot wait to see what happens next week
Well this purple lemonade has been growing fantastic this week I’ve seen some great bud development, I was a little late hooking up my carbon filter but when I started smelling it from the street I realized it was way past time to get it hooked up, I’m thinking this plant has another 25 days and that should be it, but I’ll know more when it gets closer, it has slowed down drinking now that the stretch is over, hopefully smooth sailing from here on out
This week has gone by very smooth, had a decent amount of bud growth a few pistils have started turning brown so I think I’ll start checking trichomes at the end of next week, but I believe I still have at least 2 weeks to go maybe 3, the smell on this plant is insane sorta fruit but also strong smell of flowers and sweet
Well everything went smoothly this week still feeding same schedule I have notice the leaves are fading a good amount but it’s pretty late flower so nothing to worry about, I did check trichomes at day 70 and they seem to be about half cloudy half clear, no Amber in sight yet but hopefully next week they start ambering up I’m thinking maybe 85 days or longer for this one
Well this week has gone ok after checking trichomes they are at about 5% amber so today day 78 will be my last feeding and I’ll start flushing for the next week before harvest,
I would definitely grow this plant again, it’s very beautiful and just super strong grower it will take anything you give it and won’t be bothered by mistakes
This girl was definitely one of the best looking plants I’ve ever grown, also outpaced all my other plants and didn’t have any problems like my others did Fast buds has clearly done a good job with the purple lemonade line huge yield this time at 138 grams plant finished around 34 inches from pot
That's pretty cool what you did with your Thanksgiving pics! My Purple Lemonade is a purple phenotype too! I think she's BARELY starting to flower. Been in preflower for a couple weeks. You can definately see some purple calyxes coming in now! I can't wait! My first purple pheno! Lol.. Its exciting!! Good job on your ladies and hope you had a Happy Thanksgiving! 🦃 🌱

Ahh, I see.. Well, lookin good 👍 my Purple Lemonade is just a couple weeks behind yours.. Mine is pretty small and lanky tho.. I may have not had the brightness turned up enough for a couple weeks when it should have been.. But mine shouldnt be too disappointing lol hopefully
@Professor_Chaos, it was actually vegged under two ts600s so 100 watts each, but once it hit flowering I got two kingbrite 240w that had just arrived so it’s under those now at like 90% dimmed
Edit: I’m in a 3x3 now but my first grow was a 2x2 and I had two ts600s in it until I ran out of height and had to switch tents

And yeah training is a must for me! Gotta have those tops even with these LEDs.. And lollipopped so no larfy shit at the bottom! Even topping autos is not a bad idea these days.. I know people hate on it.. But if its thriving in week 3 or 4.. It will do amazing things!.. I know this isnt ideal.. But im cloning a couple branches from my PL to hopefully get some feminized pollen! And if all 3 clones make it, I can self the plant and have many more PL seeds! The clones look pretty sick rn tho.. They might not make it 😢

Good job! Keep it up! Always good to catch issues before they get too bad.. Shouldn't hurt a thing.. Also, hope you're flushing in between feedings.. Otherwise you get build-ups.. Although, I know nothing about your nutes.. But even in coco I feed, flush, feed, flush, etc.. Just a heads up if that's not what youve been doing.. That's actually why I trashed my soil and started growing in coco.. Very quick and easy to avoid and fix salt build-ups.. Plus, the coco/perlite mix dries out quicker, which means more time with the ladies!!.. I've never tried 24/0 with autos (or vegging photoperiods).. How do you like it? I have issues with heat, that would be my only issue with that.. But, I have been thinking of trying 20/4 once I get my SLIM 320H setup in my 2×4.. Its gonna be fucking EPIC.. but again.. Good fucking job!

Well you're doing a great job! And welcome to the cannabis growing family! These ladies are awesome! I absolutly love coco.. Its pretty similar to soil, except that you need just a pinch of nutes from day 1.. It dries out a bit quicker than soil.. You do need to add some CalMag and the pH just needs to be a little more acidic.. I keep mine at 6.2 or 6.3 the entire grow with no issues, so far. I'm no pro but coco with perlite in a fabric pot is the way to go.. You will love it!! Well, as long as you have 20-30 mins a day you can spend mixing nutes and watering.. Other than that, it's just smooth sailin the entire grow. My temps in the summer are all fucked up.. Smh.. My tent would hit 91F but I managed to keep my last couple girls alive.. Foxtails like crazy but they didn't do too much damage.. You're doing great tho! Im following along and just a couple weeks behind your Purple Lemonade.. Mine just started week 3 and just started showing some pistils.. Did has yours do that at week 3?? Trying to make sure she isnt gonna end up a runt.. That would piss me off lol
@Professor_Chaos, I’ve been meaning to check out coco but I want to get a few more grows in with soil before I switch I’m pretty inexperienced but trying to learn all I can I didn’t have too many heat problems during the summer but I’ve double my lights so next summer I think I will for sure have problems with 24/0 lighting lol right now it’s pretty cold and I’m Intaking from outdoors so temps seem to stay at 75 in day and around 66-68 at night

Thats how you know you got a green thumb! Lol.. When every single seed you sow has sprouted! I got some strawberries that I've been growing outside.. This spring/summer they should start producing some fruit.. If the winter doesnt kill em! Im trying to sprout some cherrie pits and a plumb pit.. I can't ever get those to spout for some reason! But meh.. Whatever.. Still gonna try till I get one! But good job! Your Purple Lemonade seriously has me so pumped right now!!! Lol
@Professor_Chaos, hey thanks so much, I haven’t started checking trichomes yet but I will soon, those extra plants are pansies I’ve never grown them before and reviews said bad germination rates so I used extra seeds and every single one germinated lol so they quickly ran out of room in their pots and had to be out outside but the ones I did keep in seem to be doing fine even with 24/0 lighting
Awesome job, growmie! Gorgeous colors! Yours definately has ALOT better structure than my Purple Lemonade.. Mine just started stretching but has horriblr internodal spacing.. I hope she fills all those huge gaps in.. If not, still gonna be dank asf. The smells as you run the trichome covered leaves is fucking epic!.. Reminds me of my ETHOS Early Lemon Berry I finished recently.. Citrusy! But this PL has more of a sweetness to her.. Anyways.. Lookin good, Kellosaurus! Keep it up! Hope all is well this week!
My Purple Lemonade just started to show some nitrogen toxicity.. Just a little clawing only on the new growth, but it seems to grow out of it once the leaves get a little older.. Hoping to get on some LST in a couple day.. Yours looks great! good job!
