So finally got rid of the larvae cant find any what so ever not seen a flying gnat in three days
She stretched loads in 2 days so i know she gone in to flower should start seeing pistols any day now
Added bloom food other day gave the coco a soak to see if theres any larvae coming to top if pot i found nothing so the neem oil is working

@Teamdirtbag2, now have got these gnats under controll shes doing well. As you can see vegged for long this time and ad terrible luck cant wait to start over and try her again and get some bigger plants because im let down this time but was out of my hands
