I've been slacking on the posts! Been really busy with work. But here they are, a little over 4 weeks in since seed. One of the initial 3 pots never germinated (think this was my fault as I planted that one deeper than usual). So thats why the other 2 are much younger as they were started later. But I'm starting to like that setup - the big girls have more light while the babies also have more light. All 4 grown at the same time usually blocks a lot of light to the lower leaves of each plant as they get crowded. Well, as you can see, one of the girls is an absolute MONSTER! She is getting freakishly big!!!! Have given biobizz nutes once a week, I will update info on that later. These are the healthiest plants I've had, absolutely no nute burn, which I usually get.

So it is 10 days since last update, a little over a week. Will try keep updates on time, so will update again in 4 days to keep the diary/journal journey in check. But wow, still showing good signs of growth. Noticing yellowing leaves at the bottom, which usually happens at this point. MIGHT be due to underfeeding this time around - I usually get nute burn with my regular dosing so I decreased it this grow. Im more on the side that the plant is just taking its natural course. Bud sites are swelling every day. Cant wait to see those nugs come through.

Hi everyone. Really worried about my 2 bigger/older plants. They have absolutely 0 trichomes. Last time I did this strain, the trichome production was definitely starting at this point, so it's worrying. The leaves were yellowing majorly - this was probably due to not enough nitrogen in the beginning. But that has been fixed and yellowing has slowed. It could also be coupled with the fact the plant is reaching close to the finish line. Im just really upset about no trichomes as I've seen posts online of people who went through a full grow with fat buds that still had absolutely 0 trichomes (although different breeders/strains). I'm getting quite fed up of the inconsistency I keep getting with FastBuds seeds. It's becoming a serious waste of time. Same strains come out different, and now I have this problem. I understand there can be different phenotypes, but the inconsistency and differences are so large. Anybody else have this issue? Did trichome production manage to start? I feel like my buds are going to have little to no effect at all.

Hi friends, So I guess I was being really impatient because the bigger girls have begun springing out trichomes!! I can see them deep within the bud sites and are slowly stretching out on sugar leaves. I've noticed that this plant doesn't produce too many trichomes on the bigger leaves so don't let that fool you if you come across that. My girls look frosty on the actual bud sites. Tried to get good pics, will try post more tonight. Other than that, the fast yellowing from previous issues have halted and yellowing seems to be taking a natural course from here. Leaves are dying off but seems that's just the plant doing its thing and getting rid of what it doesnt need. So excited the trichomes came through. Hopefully a few more weeks from here or so. Hey friends, So the 2 bigger girls are def producing trichomes nicely! Def had a big worry they weren't going to come through 2 weeks ago but I guess I was too impatient! I am noticing that its still nowhere near as frosty as my last run. And nowhere near as gassy. One of the bigger ones is also definitely a runt as its TINY and a bit puny in bud structure compared to the rest... but its looking frosty nonetheless. The younger 2 are doing really well! They seem to be much healthier at this stage than the first 2, probably because I upped their nutrient dosage significantly. Pistils are browning everyday so I anticipate the bugger 2 will be chopped in 2-3 weeks! I have begun flushing them. Hope you are all safe!

Hey friends, The older girls are now in flush as they seem to be nearing harvest. They are definitely plumping up. But the younger girls - WOW! They have been getting an increased dose of nutrients compared to the older girls and they are just PUMPING out trichomes and have swelled up so much in the past 2 days alone! I am so excited to see how they turn out, they are definitely more healthy at this stage then the older girls were. That being said, the older girls are still coming out frosty and are beginning to glisten like diamonds. Really excited to harvest the older ones soon! Stay safe!

So, I harvested my 2 older girls around 4 weeks ago, the 2 younger ones took that extra 4 weeks, just chopped them now! Initially, I was really upset when I harvested the first two - they just looked really bad and loads of fluffy larf. So, I wrote a negative review but I deleted it because when I smoked some, it was really good! LOL. But still just had no good aesthetic. I decided to feed the younger ones way more nutes than I was giving the other ones, and increased the rate of water feeds... and WOW. They responded so well and they came out HUGE!!!! MAN!!! These nugs came out beastly. The older ones 100% were being fed way too low a dosage of nutes, and were not watered frequently enough. I've only just chopped them all and hung up to dry. Will update with a smoke report when they're ready! So, the pics im posting are of the two younger plants that were harvested later. I do not have pics of the earlier harvest, unfortunately, but it looked terrible (from my own doing it seems as I mentioned above). As you can see in the first pic, I had to hold her up as she was falling over on her own weight because the nugs were so heavy (actually had to use many ties to keep both the plants from falling in the final 2 weeks). Not too many pics but just an idea of how they were looking. Dense, big, frosty - not SUPER gassy in smell but still smells good! The side branches were all looking like main colas! Didn't LST or anything, just a bit of lollipopping and let it do its thing! Each pic is of a different bud site. Will also update with more details such as weight when it's dry!
