12/7 - Flushed tank and replaced with new nutrient water. Set light schedule to bloom (12/12).
12/8 - Set light strength to 73 % for both veg and bloom. Plants are 26" away from lights. 6 pH, 815 tds.
12/10 - Added about 58 oz water at 850 tds (1ml of flora, .5 ml of mag, 1 ml of hydroguard), 5.9 pH. Brought tank to 6.0 pH, 756 tds. Lights are now at 75% of maximum brightness (75 veg, 75 bloom)
12/12 - 6.1 pH, 734 tds
12/14 - 6 pH, 415 tds. Increased light percent to 80% veg, 80% bloom.
12/15 - 6.1 pH, 278 tds. Defoliated

When feeding plants, the pH will increase after feeding (e.g. go from 5.8 to 6.5 overnight), but start to dive after about 4 days (go from 6.2 to 5). Should I be feeding the plants around the time the pH takes a dive or just maintain pH until next weekly feeding?

You need to find out why you have such wild fluctuations. This starts with a full on res change. You also need to measure EC regularly. Google "EC pH hydro chart" and it should give you a good idea of what your issue is based on these two reading. Organic nutes tend to be less stable as far as pH goes, so that could be your problem.
