I switched to 3 gallon pots this time since I wanted to grow more plants in the tent. I'm using fox farms ocean forest and there are tiny silver/white bugs. I have been treating the soil with DE so hopefully that works. Seeds haven't popped up yet. Been in soil since Tuesday 11/10/2020.
Pretty good growth on all of the plants except for Purple Haze. Critical Kush has some really skinny leaves but the growth is nice. Letting the soil dry out between watering's which allows me to water every other day.
I stupidly didn't put enough soil in the pots and I'm just now realizing. I have two categories when it comes to my four plants. So far, Lemon Potion CBD and LSD-25 are top tier plants and purple haze and critical kush are looking like weird mutants. Purple haze isn't growing so I think I'm going to plant another one and give up on the one that has sprouted(I don't think I will post photos of purple haze from this point on). Even though the leaves are weird, Critical Kush is still growing so I will keep her in the tent. I started feeding today (end of week two beginning of week 3).
One of my plants has a few leathery leaves on the top, i'm wondering if I should do regular water for the next two watering's, or maybe the humidifier is too close? I have been adding cal-mag but it seems to always give my plants dark leaves, I think I'm going to leave that out next watering. The weird looking critical Kush is actually making a comeback. Don't be alarmed by the dry soil, its watering day and for some reason, the top of the soil never soaks in water.
Flowers are starting to form and LSD is starting to get a little purple on the inner leaves. I stopped calmag and started to give my plants straight water 2x straight because I think between the soil and the nutes, there was some buildup. I will be starting the nutes again at the end of week 5, adding tiger bloom to the mix. Plants look great, it's nice to see how far Critical Kush has come from week 1-2. Took about 3 leaves off of LSD and Lemon Potion.
Had some slight nute burn to lemon potion. Still some really great growth. The buds on LSD are super glittery, I have a feeling that the frost on those is going to be EPIC!
Everything looks great. The grow space smells like fresh brewed coffee and mangoes. I severely upped the nutes this week to somewhere between 1200-1300 and the girls are looking great.
I think lemon potion and LSD-25 need about 1-2 weeks while the others need about 2-3. So close I want to chop them down so bad lol. Not seeing any amber.
Easy to grow. Didn't really run into any problems. It has the strongest diesel smell with a hint of blueberry. I decided to dry in paper bags and it went smoothly. The only thing I don't like about that method are the flat buds. I will update the effects when the cure is done.
The amber comes slowly, but it does come. This is the best smelling plant that I have ever grown, smells like lemon skittles. I tried some immediately after drying and it had me SLEEEPPP!!!
One of my mutants. The other mutant, critical kush, is huge but this one was a terrible grower lol! I just couldn't bring myself to pull it out. It's a shame because the little bud that it did produce was so pretty. Looked like little rasberries.
Hope all works out for the plants. The temperatures and humidity levels are off and that may be whats effecting your plants. You can look up VPD chart for a guide. Good luck stay safe happy growing cheers!!!!!
@HAPPY91, I accidentally put the wrong temp but the humidity is the best I can do. I live in a very dry climate and my humidifier has brought it up from 19 rh to 40-50. Critical Kush and critical Kush came out looking like that from birth lol! Thank you! 😀
