Soaked for 24 hours, then used the paper towel method for about another 24 hours.
I then planted her in her final 3 gallon pot of Fox Farm Ocean Forest. Sprouted up Thanksgiving! (11/26)
Still growing pretty vigorously.
Some really weird yellow marks showed up on some leaves this morning. I’m wondering if it could be light burn from possibly getting water on the leaves? Not sure.
It looks like I need to up the nutrients. No sign of flowering yet!
What are these yellow markings of the leaf? It showed up pretty suddenly when I checked out the grow this morning.
I watered last night and am wondering if I maybe I got some water on the leaves and this is light burn?
it's not light burn.. It's from Excess Calcium.. Some might give you the advice that you should "add" calcium when you are already adding cal-mag.. The thing is it's super easy to add too much.. and because your growing in soil you already most likely had enough nutrients to grow your plant for quite some time. You can water to run off and make things even more complex.. Or you can trust in your peat moss based soil and just use plain old water for quite some time..
Grew a bunch this week and truly started flowering! I went ahead and did some LST to get ahead of the stretch. So far, this is my best looking LST job yet!
Did some minor pruning and removing some of the lower, weaker growth. Still keeping it pretty mild with the nutes.
I’m so impressed with the vigor of this girl!
This plant is looking great! Definitely happy with the LST results so far. I’m interested to see how tall it’ll get during the stretch.
There was some solid bud development this week as well! I’m planning to up the nutrients this week since I’ve been feeding it pretty lightly so far. Also going to do some minor defoliation!
Did a defoliation that was on the heavier side. Tried to really clean up most of the area that were blocking light, and any fan leaves that stuck out too far.
There was a lot of stretch showing this week. I've brought the light down a bit, in hopes to slow the height. I'm also going to switch to a full dose of the GH nutrients. I'm currently only at a half dose.
I'm really hoping to see some nice bud development this week!
She's looking good! Flowering slowing but surely! Not too smelly yet, but I'm hoping that starts to change soon! I can't believe how many tops she has!
I’m curious to see how big each bud gets, considering how many ‘colas’ I have.
The buds are slowing growing and maturing! The buds that are starting to get orange pistols seriously smell like mango! I can't wait to taste it! I'm hoping that she starts to pack on the weight in these final weeks. A flush will probably be starting soon!
This plant is starting to absolutely smell like sugary mangos. Like a mango flavoring.
I started flushing this week!
The orange pistols on this this plant are really starting to show up more, and I'm thinking harvest will probably next week, if not sooner. I'm really hoping to get a decent harvest from this plant! Should definitely be bigger than what I've gotten previously! I love the way this plant looks and how LST has played out so far!
This thing is fuming with mango smells. I can't wait to see what she tastes like. I'm thinking that I'll be chopping her down here pretty soon.
I'm seeing a decent amount of amber trichomes popping up, and I don't want to let it go too long, since it's already a high CBD strain. The buds are looking nice and fat! She's also getting covered in trichomes!
So far, this is my largest harvest. I've only grown autos so far, and this is the best weight I've gotten by far. This plant took very well to LST, and honestly was a blast to grow. It had great vigor and harvesting was great! There is a really delicious mango smell coming from these dense buds, and I can't wait to smoke the bud once it's cured!
