I soaked one seed in Vitathrive and water for 24hrs.
Then moved into paper town in a ziplock bag.
I kept it in darkness for 48hrs total until half and inch of tap root was exposed.
At this point I transferred to her 3 Gal pot.
Pre mix for the pot was:
Gaia Green All Purpose Fertilizer 4-4-4: 1 Cup (16 Tbsp)
Gaia Green Power Bloom 2-8-4: 12 Tbsp
Gaia Green Glacial Rock: 3 Tbsp
Gaia Green Alfalfa Meal: 2 Tbsp
Great White: 2 Tbsp
Micro Grow - Root Multiplier: 1 Tbsp
Worm Casting: 2 Cups
Coco Coir: 60%
Perlite: 30%
This girl just keeps reaching for light. Once the stem becomes a bit more solid i'll be removing the green support tie.
She will be getting a water soluble shot of great white next week.
This week has gone well.
She is tall, thin and look at the massive indica leaves.
I also defoliated the lowers fan leaves.
I gave her:
Molasses: 1 Tsp
Epsom Slat: 2 Tsp
Another week gone by so quick.
The size of the stems are just mind blowing. A very unique looking girl, that's for sure.
I had to top her last night because she was putting my other girls to shame.
I've done very minor leaf tucking.
I should be switching her to 12-12 tomorrow.
I gave her 1 Tsp of molasses this week in addition to her root builder.
And here I thought topping this girl would slow her down. Well I was wrong. She only slowed for two days and then got right back to it.
I switched her to 12-12 five days ago so its nearing a week into flowering.
I turned the lights up to 300W and dropped it to 28 inches.
Humidity this week has been a bit tough to control. I have a bucket of water in my tent and its range is between 45 - 60%RH at any given time.
I defoliated all the remaining large fan leaves to allow all the lower nodes to get direct light exposure.
I top dressed her with a good feeding:
Gaia Green All Purpose - 2 Tsp
Gaia Green Power Bloom - 1 Tbsp
Gaia Green Glacial Rock Dust - 2 Tbsp
Gaia Green Alfalfa Meal - 1 Tbsp
Gaia Green Mineralized Phosphate - 2 Tsp
Great White - 1 Tsp
Earthworm Casting - 10 Tbsp
This girl has the structure to hold up some big buds in strong winds.
I've had to twist the two upper tops to slow the growth.
She is showing sex this week so should start producing flower soon.
Her water intake has not changed this week.
I defoliated a large amount of fan leaves and smaller nodes in the undercarriage.
I gave her molasses at a rate of 1 Tsp per Gal of water.
Look at them beautiful cotton balls coming in.
The stems on this plant are built to bear some weight and oh boy it is tall.
No change to water intake.
Another great week.
My light has reached its max hight and I can no longer maintain the 28 inch distance.
I turned the light up to 400W and the water intake has increased.
Trichomes are forming on the bud sites.
I will likely be feeding her next week.
This week has gone well.
The buds are stacking up the main very nice and the stretch has finally stopped.
My light is now running a full power (500 Watt).
I top dressed her with:
Gaia Green All Purpose - 1 Tsp
Gaia Green Power Bloom - 2 Tbsp
Gaia Green Glacial Rock Dust - 2 Tbsp
Gaia Green Alfalfa Meal - 1 Tbsp
Gaia Green Mineralized Phosphate - 2 Tsp
Earthworm Casting - 10 Tbsp
The buds are continuing to come in nice as well as the trichomes.
I decided to skip the molasses feed this week to keep the feeding the same as my other plants.
Some of the pistols are starting to turn light brown.
I have a couple of the lower fan leaves yellowing, likely due to nitrogen being depleted.
Another good week down.
The buds have really started to pack on weight and I've noticed an increase in trichomes. All of the stems were leaning so bad I had to wrap her with garden ties to support the weight. 👍🙌
I fed 1 Tsp of molasses in a gal of water.
My lower fan leaves are starting to yellow fall off.
I tested run off this week and it was sitting around 5.8 - 6.0 PH. I've been watering between 6.3 -6.5 PH so there must be something causing the PH to drop.
Look at this girl continue to bulk up.
I figure she has another week before I start the flush.
I turned my light down to 400W.
This are going extremely well.
The buds are really filling out. Check out how large they are. They appear dense but we'll see how it cures soon enough. There holding so much weight. There is no chance any of the stems would hold themselves if I removed the garden ties.
The nitrogen is starting the fade and I have a few yellow spots that appeared on a couple fan leaves.
The trichomes are starting to cloud over but i still don't see any amber.
Another great week as she continues to pack on weight. I spotted my first few amber trichomes so the flush is now underway. It's getting 2ml per litre of Advanced Nutrients - Flawless Finish.
The trichomes are turning amber as we come to an end. I will be giving water tomorrow night for the final time and then 24 hours darkness and chop chop. I can't wait to see what the final weight is on her. Those buds are massive and coated in trichomes.
Overall this grow was pretty simple. She remained healthy throughout and easily accepted all I fed her. Only recommendation to anyone is to train her young because she will stretch. Im confident if I was able to maximize the 500W of light, she would have produced more bud. I dried this one in my tent, giving her a full 14 day dry time at 60RH and 70 temp.
Nice buds, large yield and most important a potent product. Great job with this genetic.
